Update on previous review
- I have already provided a review on here about Royal Panda. I want to update where things went to. In my opinion I warn anyone NOT to use this site. A recent further verification process (as I had played and won money) was ridiculous. They were going through my bank statements line by line and asking questions about car sales and other question’s. This goes beyond any verification process. I was very transparent and provided all my personal details including tax returns and bank statements. This opens up more and more questions. You provide information only to get more and more questions and specific personal questions beyond any verification. I went onto the site today and just spent the $8000 I had won as I was never going to get those winnings and closed the account. Remember I spent more than I had ever won. I wanted some fun and ended up being treated like a criminal.STAY AWAY FROM ROYAL PANDA THiS SITE IS A SCAM. Watch the reply from them it’s just going to say they acknowledge how frustrating it can be etc etc. play on ROYAl PANDA at your own risk.

- So havent used the site in a year I logged on 4 days ago and I could see anything until I verified so I sent in all required documents and I was now verified and could deposit. I make 600 deposits on a few days and yesterday I withdrew 6k well its been 24hrs and still not processed so I MSG them and said my dl expired today being my bday and I needed to send it the new one. Well Canada post is on strike and I dont have it so I have to wait 30 days to get my new license funny thing is they still let me make deposits this site scams people and why I didnt use it for a year do use this site pls

- I came here hoping to find my new favorite casino. Well I gave it week played my favorite games and this is what I found. At the other casinos I have played those same games gave you a back and forth of winning and losing that kept you playing for a long time. You hit bonuses way more often. And you actually won often. At this casino you put your money in and just like that its gone. No back and forth. No bonuses during game play. Its not fun. - I have been trying to withdraw my money since April 4 2025 which is almost 2 months now. First they said it was an E cash problem and they were looking into it. After saying I would take legal action. They finally gave me email that I can send a complaint to. They then said I would need to upload my banking document for a deposit and they would withdraw the money and deposit it into my account. They said take 10 to 15 business days and they drained the money from my account and sent me a reference number. 15 days later no money so I inquired. Of course then they said to upload another document which is my banking statement even though I had originally downloaded that and they said they didn’t need it. They also said in an email if I did not upload this in seven days they would freeze my account.Uploaded the document and I can guarantee in 10 to 15 business days they will say there’s something wrong with this document and they need something else. Don’t ever ever ever join the site. You will never get your money. They have taken the money out of my account but I am not getting it so at this point of time it is considered theft. I have made a formal complaint to the Ontario government commission and have taken up legal counsel for the theft of my money. Avoid this site it is 100% fraudulent.

what a joke
- Ive tried almost every online casino out there and Royal Panda is by far one of the top 3 out of them all . The withdrawals are exceptionally quick when using e-cashout ( same as etransfer but goes directly into your account ) usually takes about 15 minutes from the time you click on your withdrawal . Support has always been quick a helpful whenever Ive needed it . As far as bugs and freezing of the gameplay goes there hasnt been any issues over the last few years Ive been playing at all . Ive had quite decent luck on this site and will continue to play on it as long as its around ! Not sure why people are giving it one star they clearly didnt win anything and must not realize thats part of gambling at any Casino ! Anyways Royal Panda is a fantastic site I highly recommend it and no this isnt a paid review or from an insider like Im sure some people will say lol .
