• Keep getting text messages to sign up. Checked reviews and there were a couple of positive ones from the uk when I went to sign up the uk isn’t an option in the countries list so I’m baffled as to how people have signed up. Wish they’d stop messaging if I can’t even join.

• Having read all the negative feedback i was very much doubting i would get any money back from these guys.Having said that it took an age for my account to be verified and had to send alot of emails with alot of waiting for them to finally verify although if i didnt email them im sure theyd have not got in touch with me.Also when come to withdrawing i knew from previous reviews its only £500 at a time so if you win anything signifcant it could take many months to get your money back.Having said all this... they did succesfully carry out my withdrawal and it did go in my account. The casino element is awful and never win anything substantial but it wasnt bad for football betting (which I signed up for). • When I deposited money to Royaloakcasino I noticed that the payment on my bank statement shows it was paid to ‘Jennys Boutique’ and another deposit was paid to a drug store. I too have asked how to close my account but no response. When I wanted to withdraw they wanted virtually every piece of ID they could get their hands on from me even though I had already submitted my drivers licence and a utility bill. I was worried about identity theft because of the amount of information they wanted. I declined to send all of what they ssked for and just deliberately used up my funds until I got down to zero
