• Please avoid at all costs they are happy to take your money but are very reluctant in paying it back. Perhaps they would have more positive reviews and more players if they were more customer focussed rather than keeping your money for as long as they can and in my case not paying back at all. It’s pretty much a scam to be honest.

Terrible customer service

• Be very careful with this lot. Will happily take deposits but their customer service is awful unresponsive and joust won’t engage with you. It took them a month after constant chasing to tell me documents were in the wrong format. Having sent them in it took a further 3 weeks to get my money.The one positive is that withdrawals once approved are almost instantaneous but I would be very very wary and won’t play on this site again.

Processed withdrawals. Then proceeded to spend around £2-3000. Then I couldn’t deposit anymore and requested source of wealth. My withdrawals have been pending since the 7th December now. 14 days later still pending and still being fobbed off from customer services. They have all the documents they need.
