Good luck speaking to an actual human if you need help!!!

• Not only did the tech support page not have an answer for any of my issues it also took over 1/2 an hour just to speak to an actual person because the chat bot did not understand my issues no matter how many ways I tried to reword it. My daily free spins did not load and my Bonus Wheel showed that I can respin in about 3 hours but I havent played on Ruby Fortune Casino in over a year. I would have very much liked to start again if the casino hadnt made me wait in que for over 2 hours (not counting the 1/2 hour trying to get to speak to a human) while stating I was next in line to speak to an agent and to then log me out twice.
