• I actually won some money and try to withdraw it and it’s over a months and it’s still pending. First I requested a check to be sent it’s passed two weeks so I went to check on the status. Customer support is terrible they went to tell me that I have to send in all the requirements and I told them that I have they then tell me that they no longer send out check so now I have to send in my bank statements and other things. Three weeks later and it’s still pending. Wtf? I am super disappointed

• Superb customer service every time I spoke with support. I won $1105 and it was deposited today. It did take a bit longer than originally predicted but considering how many payout requests the casino must get a day and taking into account that each one is individually reviewed for authenticity it is understandable that it took a bit longer. Can´t withdraw any money

• I received a bonus made the turnover fulfilling all the bonus rule and convert it i real cash. Then i won more money with that cash and now when i ask for a cashout they´re saying that i can´t get it. I have the money standing in the withdrawable screen and they´re saying i can´t have it. So they´re keeping the money above the limit withdrawable rule of the bonus but when someone wins with the real money they reffuse the withdraw.
