• So it’s been awhile and I still haven’t gotten my redemption from you guys yet. You have not responded to my trustpilot review or my bbb complaint. Instead you block. • I writing this about scrooge casino. Ive played there for roughly 10 and a half months and in that time Ive spent over $6100 on there casino site. Ive redeemed money three times from them with no problems over that time for the amounts of $250 $190 and $100. Recently on the 4th of September I was lucky enough to win a little over $4000. I went to redeem $3910 and realized in the middle of the night I got an email saying that it was rejected and that i needed to provide pictures of both debit cards I used to spend money on the site and multiple other documents that had my name and address on it. After about 4 or 5 days of jumping through there hoops and exchanging emails my account was all of the sudden blocked. So when I asked what was going on I didnt get a response at first and then when I asked again they said they were running an audit on me. Long story short they came back and said this to me without even giving me an explanation or real reason as to why they permanently closed my account. We have completed an audit of your account and determined that you have violated our Terms of Service. In accordance with our policies and to preserve the integrity of our security and fraud prevention systems we are unable to disclose the specific nature of the violation. .Please note that this decision is final. Your account has been permanently closed and is no longer eligible for reinstatement. And the worst part about this whole deal is that I borrowed alot of money thinking I was going to get that redemption like the three other times I got it. And because i didnt get it I am more than likely going to lose my job (the place I borrowed alot of money from) my pick up and the place I rent and sleep every night. I just dont understand how people could be so crooked and cruel without a care when someone has spent that much money with them. Its the worst Ive ever been ripped off in my whole life and i am definitely going to have some long term affects from this.

• Was a loyal scrooge customer and had multiple redemptions through them. Until I had over $1000 in redemptions and suddenly I needed further verification. I complied and gave them all the verification they asked for. One minor issue was with my bank account they asked for an original pdf of a statement but I recieve a hard paper copy in the mail and I took a picture of that and sent it to them and they rejected me for it. I redeem to my PayPal which I gave them an original pdf of that but still wouldnt pay me. I was having a back and forth conversation and I asked them if my attorney mailing them the information I gave them would be verifiable enough and they banned me from the website saying I acted outside the terms of agreement and still havent been paid. I will take them to arbitration but the arbitration rules they use make you pay a ridiculous fee. Which Im pretty sure if I were to pursue it the arbitration company they use would find their arbitration clause as unenforceable and either refuse to arbitrate or make them pay a fee and change their clause. Overall very unsatisfied as I was a very loyal customer and an original Vault member and I was completely wronged and tossed away when I finally had a streak of luck and tried to cash it out.

They employed delay and obstruct tactics however they could requiring front and back images of 5 different cards some virtual utility bills bank statements all of which I had already given them. They basically did everything they could to delay paying out and then when I complained they closed my account and never paid out a dime.

• I am extremely frustrated with this casino. I won $700 and tried to cash out $490. They demanded my ID card photo bank statement and proof of address—which I sent. Then they claimed my proof of address was an “image-to-PDF.” I resubmitted it directly from my Cox account (not a screenshot) and they still claimed the same thing.They take days to reply say they have “email problems” and keep stalling. This feels like nothing more than an excuse not to pay winnings I earned FAIRLY.If you’re thinking of playing here be warned—they might not pay you either.

• Im giving 5 Stars all day! There is so much to love about playing at SCROOGE Casino. There are many games to choose from... they offer a sign up and daily bonuses. Customer service is on point every single time and they are so friendly and helpful when you have questions. The redemption process was so fast! They said it could take up to 24 hours -but the funds were in my account in less than 2 hours. I dont know if it always like that for everyone but that was my experience. Hands down I definitely recommend this site. Its a great place to play!

I made it up to Gold and was treated like gold but then I self excluded because a representative was both pushing this gambling site and Jesus on Facebook and I know enough about the Bible to know that the 2 do not happily Co exist with each other. Anyways I decided to let that go and removed my self exclusion after a short 3 weeks maybe less only to find I was knocked down from gold to silver and now Ive been bumped all the way to start. I noticed on my decline that this place only pays well if your the higher of the rankings as I NEVER WON NOT ONE SINGLE TIME when my ranking fell below gold not even at silver did I win. Then again Ive only won here and withdraw maybe 3 times 4 at most and never any substantial amount. The rep on FB is always boasting about the put the money to charity well indeed it goes someone because its never returned to the player I can vouch for that..Im deleting my account as they have proven to live up to their name.

• I had a redemption request rejected by Scrooge on Monday morning. They said it was due to them needing further verification on my bank cards. So after lots and lots of redos and 100 emails later they paid my redemption tonight. I wanted to update my earlier review of this casino. Apparently theyre using some new verification software and even though Ive been verified on there for over a year I was told the new software flagged my redemption request for needing further verification. So its taken care of and they did pay me. It took them 2 days to answer me as to why it was rejected in the 1st place but they did finally answer and now Im fully verified AGAIN. Havent decided whether Ill play here again yet but i wanted to get the word out that they did pay me. This site is about getting the truth out there so thats what Im doing. I put the redemption in on the 12th and they paid me on the 17th.

• What went wrong is that they didnt pay out my winnings. The reason was because i couldnt verify debit cards which i had used in theyre casino but thsts because i had lost them . When i finally did get the proper documents through the guidance of Casino Guru they said they never received then when im fact i cc myself when i sent them the documents. They run the casino as if they care about their players when in fact they dont. I jave recommended family and friends which i now regret doing.
