- The owner of this website is James Peters and I saw a post from November a guy accusing them of when being confronted with the truth theyre quick to disable your account and not provide redemptions that is 100% true disabled dying homebound veteran played with them from the beginning and then when confronted with one piece of negativity and shut my account down I spent over $7000 in 4 months with them and then they denied and found a reason to disable my account and not pay me $314 redemption that I had and try to use full crap reasons for not paying it out and it happened the day after I posted something negative that they did they took 7000 and refuse to pay me 314 do not play with these guys James Peters is the ceo/owner and he claims to be a Christian this guy is the biggest scammer of all I can show you proof

Account Blocked After Winning $500 and Requesting Clarification
- I had two successful redemptions with Scrooge Casino in the past with no issues. After winning $500 my redemption was suddenly rejected and I was asked to provide an excessive amount of verification documents including front and back images of multiple cards bank statements and utility bills.I complied as much as possible. One of the cards I submitted was confirmed by their team as matching and verified. Two other cards they requested were previously lost/stolen and no longer in my possession which I clearly explained.Instead of working with me on reasonable alternative verification (which is standard practice) my account was blocked by an administrator immediately after I asked for clarification on why verification could not proceed with the documents already provided.No clear reason was given for the account block. No specific terms or violations were cited. My remaining balance has not been paid out.I am sharing this to warn others: be cautious. Everything worked fine until I won a larger amount and asked reasonable questions. Blocking a customer instead of explaining or resolving the issue is not acceptable business practice.I am now pursuing this matter through formal consumer protection channels.

- They make it verry hard to cash out any winnings. Then they lock u out of ur account so u cant get proof of ur winnings. Verry rude not verry helpfully at all. I have had 3 buddys of mine go thru the same hassel!

Scrooge Casino - A blatant scam and terrible idea if youre considering depositing money.
- I found my way to scrooge casino from a review site that reviews online casinos. I should have looked into them before i even bothered signing up. If you actually look at the reviews on trustpilot that are one star youll get the truth about this smoldering pile of garbage masquerading as a casino. I bought a small coin package from them hit a big win lost some of it back and tried to cash out 450 dollars. The Scrooge team denied my withdrawl and claimed that in order to cash out my money i would have to send them my credit card information that i used to pay the site along with a copy of my bank statement from a bank with FDIC insurance (which i do not have) and some other unrealistic requests. I replied to their email that this was excessive and that i was not sending them my private and personal bank statement because it is not something anyone needs to pay out money. I never received a response and was blocked by the administrator from accessing my account and have been unable to get a cent of my money that they definitely and legally owe me. I have lodged a formal complaint with them (which im sure is going to turn out in my favor) and Im currently looking for people that have had similar experienes with scrooge casino. I know youre out there and our voices will be much stronger together.

- I made multiple deposits have the pictures to back it up then won $200 and ask for my Redemption after going through the verification process and providing every document that they ask for with the same address the same name the same everything on it then the admin decided to ban me and not pay me the $200 Redemption I was requesting nothing but a scam and fraudulent business taking peoples money and when I get a hold of my attorney I will be suing these folks for taking my money from my deposits but not giving me my money that Ive won

- So I have one decent amount on the little free bonus mount they give you and then Ive made a deposit and then after I won another decent amount I tried to verify my identity to cash out couldnt because imwhen verifying I my identity it said that something went wrong and I have to wait for an email letting me know what to do next.but then I receive email said my account has been deactivated due to violations.thejnibtey to login an said my location is approved for this game when I have been playing .now I cant get ahold of anybody to see why my account is deactivated. - Love Scrooge. Been playing here since day 1 and theyve always been good to me. I get free promo codes Often as well. It sucks I cannot play Playson games anymore because of where I live but there are still plenty of other great games. I love the vault feature as well. Super cool fast redemptions although not quite instant still fast compared to most others. There have been a few others that started out great but quickly became a disappointment and then there are too many just garbage casino sites. Scrooge is none of those. Has always been my #1 favorite. Hope they never change.

- Ive been playing it for months giving them plenty of money the minute I want some I went to review and was denied they requested like four or five different credit cards bank statement FDIC insured statements of Bank deposits which is ridiculous when I told them that they blocked me from the site keeping my winnings and the money I deposited!!! - The site used to be a great site. But with each update they have gone downhill. When first started it was easier to level up in VIP. It used to count both purchases and sc plays towards VIP my only complaint at the beginning was they dont post anywhere that VIP disappears monthly. Then they updated and made it to where only purchases gets u vip points they dont say how its calculated because it seems they adjust it to however they want whenever they want. There used to be monthly/weekly reviews depending on your vip status now they are gone replaced with what they call the vault which is supposedly supposed to calculate daily with loss/spins but its always 0. Their calculations used to be monthly on when stuff reset then they updated it to calculate from your last win until youve purchased and played back through it before it starts calculating again. Meaning if you win thousands and you actually receive it your rewards will never change from 0 until youve spent that much back. They say you dont need to purchase to play or rank up but thats lies because unless you purchase you wont go up in VIP and after a certain amount of time the more you spend the slower your bar moves up with each monthly calculation.

- Won $3400 and redeemed $2500 to PayPal. The admin sent me an email telling me my redemption was denied they refunded me for my purchases I made and blocked me on the site. So they took the entire $3400 that I legitimately won. I have the emails and bank statement showing where I purchased coins from the store and the corresponding refund of said purchase.
