• I deposited money it was taken out of my bank account and never deposited on my account. Sg said it was cancelled from my banks end but my bank said it processed through no problem. Just took my money awful. For someone that has been playing for them a long time couldnt even offer me my money in credits.. considering Ive spent enough to be considered VIP. Disappointing wont be playing again.

The bonus was not credited and after three communications with the live chat it was always the same... wait Im sending the department wait its being resolved and each communication is finished... we have a lot to do well send you an email.
