• I paid a fee for faster service but did not get that. on top of that when I go play the games my credits disappear and when I go ask customer service about it all they say is that they have no control on what happens in the games because they dont own it. so I basically just lost my money. The first time it happens I let it go but lately its happening more and more now. And now they updated their terms saying that if while playing something occurs or malfunctions they cant do anything about it. its very UGLY to know the extents that people will go through just to make money.
