- This website is a complete disgrace.Closed for no reason.I have had my account for 5 years and recently decided to use again after email about getting a bonus if I depositAny how I got lucky had a few wins! website seemed good! But today got a email saying you have closed me for no reason whatsoever? I do not understand this at all only thing I can think of is because I won a few pound? Worst customer support ever
- Worst customer support ever ! I received an email 2 weeks after opening an account that i apparently have other accounts on their network. This is absurd as Skol was the first casino I ever signed up to. The email also stated that if I feel this is an error I should email back and they will review it again. Since then I sent three emails asking for feedback and after a 3 weeks I have still not heard back from them at all. They ignored all my communication!
