• On April 28 2025 at approximately 9:59 AM I placed a £220 bet on RED in the Ruby Roulette game. Due to a glitch in the system my bet was switched to BLACK without my consent. I immediately contacted Sky Betting & Gaming to report this issue and provided video evidence of the malfunction.Despite this clear evidence Sky Betting & Gaming has dismissed my complaint. Initially they claimed the issue was a temporary glitch on the players browser and later stated that the game provider confirmed the stake was placed on black. This contradicts the video evidence I provided which clearly shows the unauthorized change of my bet from RED to BLACK.I have attached the video evidence to this email for your review.Furthermore I want to emphasize that I previously experienced a similar issue with Sky Vegas Live Roulette. In that instance Sky Betting & Gaming acknowledged the malfunction and compensated me for the error. This history suggests a recurring problem with their systems that is not being adequately addressed.In their final response (email from Ella Complaints Executive Sky Betting & Gaming stated that it is not possible for a stake to be changed automatically as a result of a display issue and that bets must be placed manually by the player. They also cited the games terms stating System malfunction voids all pays and all plays but claimed no such malfunction was identified during the round in question.This response is unsatisfactory because it ignores the video evidence I provided and fails to explain how my bet was changed without my consent.Adding to my frustration I was initially informed that a refund would be issued. I received an email (email from Lindsay Single User Fault Team dated [15/05/2025) confirming that there were £[x of winning amount ] of winnings due from the game which have now been credited to your account. However this refund was never received and the email was basically retracted and I was informed that the initial communication was an error.I have also attempted to escalate this matter within Sky Betting & Gaming by requesting to speak with a manager. However I was informed that customer service is the highest level of contact available and that there is no option to speak with a manager.
