Suspended my account for no reason whatsoever back in January wrote to them literally 10 minutes ago to see what was going on but bear in mind I have also gotten in contact with them multiple times about this situation and all they keep telling me my account is still being reviewed …. And guess what? We are now coming to the end of June and my account is still being reviewed…. after being with them for years depositing loads of money and that’s how they get you….. before this suspension I spoke to an agent and they asked me very personal questions about my finance my job my taxes at the end of the day that’s nobody’s business apart from Mine …. • I really used to like sky vegas but since they done the update to change the layout on sky vegas and sky bet it has gone downhill. Signing in now you can’t even use Face ID anymore so always have to put your 6 digit pin in now and the whole app just seems very slow now. As for the free prize machine why don’t they just get rid of it and just give you 3 free spins everyday as that’s all it ever does anyway.
