Come to today I get an email telling me Ive been banned for 2 years so I follow up with customer support and she tells me theres nothing they can do which is BS. • The room we stayed in should have had a balcony but never did we paid for breakfast but even though our online booking said breakfast included they told us we had to pay for it.
