• Went to cash out 50 bucks. Was told I had to deposit 10 dollars. I did and waited. 3 days later nothing. I ask the customer service. They said they denied it because of the bonus. Took the 50 bucks away. Didnt even give it back to play with. Dont give these guy money. Pretty sure they tried to charge my card without permission for 99.94 and had my card locked on me. I then could not withdraw through litecoin (ot any other means on site) only bitcoin. I questioned what the point on verifying my litecoin wallet was if I couldn’t withdraw that way with no answer. • I hit $5k on Golden Great Lion. Cashed out $2k to coindraw. $3k to bitcoin. That’s when I found out about the waiting period. I lasted 1 day and not believing I’d ever see the winnings. • This casino hits decent but its downhill from there. Unspoken requirements in order to receive benefits. Email says you get 15% back from your deposits. The chat agent said that this only applies if you make a deposit of $30 or more. The site says free daily spins after deposit. Wrong again the $30 rule applies here as well. Thats not the reason for the 2 stars though. The withdrawals actually deserve a single star. It can and most likely will take 7 days for them to review your withdraw request. If its approved it will take an additional 7-10 days to process your withdraw. Then it could take a few days for you to receive your withdrawal. That means you will have to wait longer than 2 weeks to receive your winnings. It takes no other casino that long. Its ridiculous to have to wait that long. I checked my account and it said I had $1700 that was withdrawable. So I was trying to cash out but was having problems so I contacted customer service. I went over the amount required to win with the promotions and they removed funds that I could not withdraw but I was winning on the tournament winning. I had at least $100 in tournaments 50 was done on day before I made it withdrawal.
