- They will take your money no problem but if you win and have a bunch of money this is how they will make you jump through hoops1. Have abnormal banking questions that arenāt required / your bank probably doesnāt have for a wire transfer 2. If you argue with them they just give you every excuse in the book until eventually they will say āwe will do a 1 time crypto $500 transferā which you could of won a million dollars thatās all youāll get.3. For the crypto transfer itāll be pending for 3-8 weeks and then get canceled and they will say you didnāt complete your play through if you go and play more with it and hit the amount they said you need to spend with it and resend it they will then hit you with the same answer but a higher play through number.4. - Mark Hrebout is the worst representative I ever met. My cash has been approved and everything and now you telling me I cant get my phones due to some Bank stuff I need to send but I won the money Ill spend in which I had went over there threshold in one. I spoke to a representative earlier and shes told me something similar but then she told me that they would send me $100 which would probably be the most I can get but this company is a waste of time its a scam they wont send you no money. They will have you trying to download your ID send your card information and everything and wont send your money. The thing is they need to be reported to the Federal trade commission or the better Business bureau because they get all this information they just hold on to it also they took my money back. Im so sick of these companies doing people like this and you cant see them so its like theyre just sitting back laughing at you when I thought this was a reputable site. This site is nothing more than a scam. They telling me they need bank statements for something that happened on 9/30 when I just want the money on 10/29. I am so sick of these pirates something should be done.

- They stole my $2500 after I already cashed out. I was told I did everything right all the way through my withdrawal. But instead of sending me my check they put it back into my account while I was playing other games that I made additional deposits for. The claim this mixed my funds and therefore confiscated my $2500. They stole my legitimately made winnings. They need to pay me what they owe me. After I cashed out that money is no longer theirs to do what they want. Its mine. They stole it. They need to pay me $2500.00. I hope they get shut down. Total scam.

- I won and it took months just to get my bank approved in order to accept money.
