• I received a promotional email saying if i joined i would get $10 no deposit bonus. I joined but no bonus. I sent a screenshot to Snatch customer service Anton. I was told I had multiple accounts. I dont. Anton then agreed but said you cant receive a bonus via one email address and use another email to join. Ludicrous. He abruptly ended the chat.

• Early december I deposited in this casino and got the bonus and played and lost. then deposited again and won playing the same slot.
