• Stay away from this scamEven if you are verified which i did in April when they block my withdrawals for the kyc reason and I lose all my balance of 3000 euros because they will let you to wait forever. 1 day after I lose the balance I got email that my documents was good and I am verified. All good until last month when I wager a bonus and I withdrawal 5000 euro( 5 withdrawals each 1000 because they have limit of 1000 daily) my first withdrawal of 1000 was accepted after a week and second of 1000 after one week more. I had 3 withdrawals more of 1000 each which I was waiting maybe 12 days until they cancel them and tell me that I need to make the kyc verification again. Stay away from here

• I have been trying to withdraw some funds from my account since late March and it is now June. At first my withdrawal was canceled because my bets needed to be checked. This process took over a month to be completed although their customer service said it should take up to 14 days. Then it was canceled because of a KYC check. I have sent in documents on the 29th of April. They assured me this check would be completed soon but alas no news. I have tried to contact their customer service through email receiving no response at all. I have also tried contacting customer service through their live chat and they have not been able to help me at all they have also ignored me on an occasion. Please note I was also fully verified on their site before and have not had any issues whatsoever while depositing or withdrawing funds.
