  • Scam and thieves.Made a few deposits about 5-6 weeks ago won some money and upon trying to withdraw was asked to verify account- standard. Took few days to get verified but ok withdrawal in the end worked. Just made another small deposit and won around 160$ wanted to withdraw but upon withdrawal I get an error message ā€œwe apologize please try againā€ so I contact support over chat and ask whatā€™s going on they say itā€™s a technical issueAnd will escalate to payments department that they will reach out to me by email with an update. So I ask approximately how long that will be - no answer Iā€™m trying to get any idea and they never gave me ETA. The following day still no update still same error but NOW I donā€™t have the option to open a new chat. Like what?! Where did it go ? I send them an email and still complete silence.
