• Stay away if you dont wanna be out your deposits. Been trying for a week now to withdraw my balance and all Ive been getting is the run around. Ive done what theyve asked and sent in all documents which have been approved for a week now. And everytime I speak to someone its Ive escalated this and please allow 24-48 hours. Ive asked multiple times to speak to a manager or someone higher up and been advised that managers dont deal with customers. The issue Im having is a glitch on the sites end and they dont seem to wanna fix it. Get my deposit then keep the money.

• Good luck ever getting your payout theyll take your money all day but the second you win they will make it nearly impossible to get paid! Extreme verification and withdrawal delays

• Following my exclusion from Spin Galaxy I was contacted about remaining funds that they wanted to return to me with the only instructions being to send details of my payment method to their verification email. Since then they have been a constant source of frustration trying to get any information regarding what verification documents they need how those documents should be formatted and who to send it to. After a month of back and forth communication with their online chat and support email I finally got my account verified only for the refund request to be denied as they did not properly select a banking option. After reaching out again I was told to just ignore that email however its been a week and I still have not received my funds. After trying to resolve this with their chat support I was told its still in review I do not have a preferred withdrawal method but no I dont need to submit anything else and to just continue waiting until I get another email saying the review period is over? Im honestly confused as they originally reached out to me to let me know in the first place I had outstanding funds yet make no effort to return them to me. At this point it feels like every time I reach out for an update since they dont provide any to me Im being brushed aside. I was contacted initially July 2025 and it is now March 2026.
