Deposits accepted while underage no refund provided after account closure
- I deposited funds into SpinAway Casino while I was under 19 which their own Terms & Conditions clearly forbid. All Canadian-licensed casinos are supposed to verify eligibility and prevent underage play yet my deposits went through without any proper checks.When I contacted support about this issue my account was closed — but no refund was issued for the deposits I made from my personal bank account. Closing an account does not resolve the fact that funds were accepted in violation of their own rules and Canadian gaming regulations.I’ve asked their compliance team to process a refund and am prepared to escalate further if necessary. I am leaving this review to share my experience and will update if the company chooses to resolve this fairly

- I don’t know why these 1 star reviewers are hating on this site but I had such a blast being a valued customer on their platform. - Spin Away clumped my $500 deposit and $500 bonus into $1000 bonus against their own rule 8.5 below during initial deposit.8.5 Any Bonus Funds are displayed separately from any Deposit Funds in Your Player AccountI lost $52 from my initial deposit of $500 (one bet) before going to $1.1K on subsequent bets never actually using bonus funds as bonus funds are used after you run out of your initial deposit + winnings on initial deposit.Spin Away did not count winnings from my initial deposit towards non-bonus money. Which is outright theft based on their own rules. I cancelled $500 bonus and lost $500 initial deposit + $616 in winnings on initial deposit without even touching bonus funds to begin with.Spin Away refuses to give me my initial deposit of $500 and $616 winnings from initial deposit stating that I used up my initial deposit and completely ignoring winnings from initial deposit that should be counted as non-bonus money.
