AVOID -- They refuse withdrawals!
- Account number: 1434984751I deposited 2500 euros without any problems but when trying to withdraw the money (including what I won which is 4856 euros) they dont allow me to.First I tried to withdraw through card withdrawal but it was rejected due to operator error. I talked to support and was told that they have a technical issue that prevents withdrawal and I need to wait (without telling me for how long).After a while they allowed withdrawal through bank transfer. When attempting this withdrawal I was told I needed to verify my account. However when trying to verify I needed ID card or Residence permit. I tried to submit my passport and my drivers license as ID but it was not accepted. I tried emailing support with all supporting documents (passport drivers license proof of address) but I was told I do not need to complete verification in order to withdraw.However when attempting to withdraw I was still unable to withdraw due to them needing verification. When talking to support they once again told me there was a technical issue.I am being preventing from withdrawing my money and I am not being told why or what I should do only that I need to wait due to a technical issue. I am open to using any alternative withdrawal methods but not able to.I have 100+ screenshots to support all of this.In conclusion: They are happy to take your money but refuse any withdrawals. Avoid!### UPDATE: I followed the instructions provided by SpinBetter in their reply but 24 hours later I have still not received any reply -- despite them saying that they would Open a formal case and give you a first update within 24 hours.This entire experience has been a nightmare for me and have caused significant harm to my mental health. All I want is my pending balance to be withdrawn but the site clearly doesnt have any problems with illegally keeping my funds and not replying to any of my emails.### UPDATE 2: 48 hours later still no reply and my email are being ignored.

- I deposited $10000 USD into my Spinbetter account. After some losses my balance was down to about $3000. Then I finally won two nice bets in a row which brought my balance up to around $20000.Right after that my account was suddenly blocked. I received an email from Spinbetter’s “Security Department” saying I had violated their Terms and Conditions but I was never told what I supposedly did wrong. Maybe someone can enlighten me?I did nothing wrong. I placed fair bets followed the rules and now my account is closed with my winnings withheld. I just want the money I won legitimately released!

- Spinbetter pays very well. The only problem is that they always remove the card and bank transfer options for withdrawals and I have to send an email complaining. I hope they fix this quickly. Its really normal that I always have to file complaints when I want to make a withdrawal and it doesnt happen right away.

Instead of addressing my issue I contact customer service and they give me an automated response claiming the site has the right to block anyone. Are you going to block someone whos just registered with Magdem? Why are they registering on the site? Youre taking their money. I cant place bets or play casino games. My money has been stolen. - I don’t usually write negative reviews but this time I decided to do so to prevent others from making the same mistake I did trusting this company.I’ve been trying to withdraw my own money for more than a week and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Depositing funds is fast and effortless but withdrawing them turns into an endless problem.I’ve contacted their support team several times but I either get no response or vague messages asking me to keep waiting. Their excuse that the payment method is “temporarily unavailable” has been going on for too long.This is simply unacceptable and unprofessional for a platform that handles people’s money.Hopefully this helps others avoid the same experience. Based on what I’ve gone through I cannot recommend SpinBetter to anyone.
