- Made couple deposits here the past months. It has changed its design in the pasts months too. Overall trustworthy casino just watch out of the bonus T&C.I took the bonus after registration of 200 FS on BlackGold and i won in the end over 900 eur and the amount to wager was over 20k in couple days thats absurd because its a“play now deposit later” they just want you to deposit hundreds and fail the wager in the end. Could have made it so that the money wagered goes into balance in incrementals then it would be fair game.Took casino to approved withdrawal within 24h but either they use economical transfer or dunno the funds came 2-3 days later after approval.Chat support made me wait 30 min for simple question was not even in line the operator just disappeared for 30 min after saying hi.

Even worse they had zero interest in resolving the Bad review
- I already wrote one review and wanted to follow up to my previous review because they asked me to submit information to them so they could resolve it with me promptly. I Sent that information last week twice! Somebody responded and said I got the bonus. Any claim they didnt receive the the screenshots is false as somebody responded. First off the did not resolve the issue promptly! They responded that I got the bonus but I didnt use it lol. Not true. Also if you look at the reviews on casino review websites you will see for yourselves this is a constant with this casino. I thought from their response requesting the screenshots etc that they were interested in repairing their bad review but they arent. Their response to me was for show. They did NOT resolve the issue DESPITE the fact I screen recordings as well as screenshots to the requested email. I got the bonus etc. but didnt use it? Try another route because that is not factual at all.

This casino is a SCAM site and a FRAUD
- This company is a complete fraud. I wrote a review once saying I loved all the free spins and the variety of providers and slot games they had. But I had never come close to winning or withdrawing. Then comes the day I win! I withdrew $500. I continued to play. I was logged on via email in my browser and also in their app. Same player ID. Same account. I contacted support as the funds from the in game bonus round had not been added to my balance. (On the app) I clearly stated this in the chat and was told I had to deposit to get the funds. I replied it was not a promo code nor their free spins but the actual in game bonus spins. To which I was told I would have to wager as their promos have wagering requirements and I wont see bonus money till I deposit and wager. I clearly explained again and asked if they were not inderstanding to pass me along to a manager. To which I was told that they blocked my account as I had 2 accounts. I did not I do not and I see the funds actually were on my balance through the browser. So okay. I said again I have not 2 accounts nor was I asked about another ID or email to prove this other account. (Again I have/had only the one) Thinking maybe the issue was that it was open in the browser and on the app but it wouldnt be very hard to verify that it was the same player ID.
