Repeated withdrawals cancelled â NZD $4200 balance unpaid
- I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.In total I deposited approximately NZD $2660 into my Spinsy account. After gameplay my account balance reached NZD $4200.18.I submitted multiple withdrawal requests using the same method I had used for my deposits however every withdrawal was automatically cancelled by the platform without my request. These were usually marked as âcancelled by payment providerâ or âbank rejectedâ.I contacted my bank (ANZ New Zealand) who confirmed that no incoming payment attempts were ever received from Spinsy and that nothing had been declined on their side. I repeatedly asked Spinsy to provide proof of any attempted payment (for example a transaction reference or processor details) but none has ever been provided.The Malta Gaming Authority has also confirmed to me that Spinsy is not licensed by the MGA despite how the site presents itself.During this period I continued to receive promotional offers and encouragement to make further deposits but my existing balance has still not been released.I am posting this review so others are aware of my experience before deciding whether to use the site. I am happy to update this review if the situation is ever resolved.

- They gave me a $7 free bonus with x40 turnover before it was turned into real funds. I won and was up over $400 and when the bonus turned over they took it all away and gave me a $35 credit. They said the cap on bonus winnings is $35. Donât give out free spins then!!!

- They advertised a three tire bonus system.1. you get 100 pc bonus. 1. you get 125 bonus and 3. you get 150 pc bonus. I did the first tier an received my bonus. The second and third tier - live chat refused to give it even though I had not spent the money on the third tier (I waited too long on the second tier w ith them I gave up. after numerous emails I still cannot the bonus that is due. - If I could give these scammers 0 stars I would.I recently got very lucky and completely wagered a very unrealistic bonus bet (bonus bet was $300 and had to win and spend $19.5k to wager the bonus bet)After wagering the bonus I was left with $5000 so I decided to pull that out. My withdrawals were stuck in pending for roughly a month with no response as to why even the live chat were very unhelpful. I finally got somewhere when I filed a complaint with casino guru. It was at this point I got a response from Spinsy about needing to do a KYC verification (was never mentioned to me before nor was that option even on my account)I uploaded all the documents they asked for along with a selfie of myself just for them to turn around and say they have closed my account and deducted my funds as they have reasons to believe Im fraudulent. No real indication as to why they came to that conclusion mind you.Do yourself a favour and stay very clear from these scammers they will happily take your money but wont give you a cent if you win decent amounts.
