Withdrawal pending for an unreasonably long time – no payment received
- I requested a withdrawal of €1500 from Spinsy Casino more than [X] days ago (mention exact number of days if you can e.g. 10 days ago).The withdrawal has not been processed and my money has not been received. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support I have only received generic responses or no real updates regarding the status of my payment.According to their terms and conditions withdrawals should be processed within a reasonable time frame but this delay is excessive and unacceptable.I kindly request Spinsy Casino to immediately process my withdrawal or provide a clear and valid reason for the delay.Otherwise I will continue my complaints on mediation platforms and consider further legal action.Thank you for your assistance.

This company is a fraudulent company
- This company is a fraudulent company. This company passed my details on to another casino to process payments bypassing banking MCC codes. the process payments using third party processors and share banking information which isnt legally allowed. They also fail to provide any GDPR requests when asked. I wouldnt advise anyone to use this company as they are rogue.

- Excellent layout fairly play on every gameI don’t know why many people said they have withdraw problem I request my first $1200 on Sat got the Money on Sun 11:45pm. They have the same system with Cashed Casino. Both have no problem about the withdrawal. The only thing I may unsatisfied was the daily withdrawal limit a bit low. ( I am VIP lvl 3 $1200 daily and my balance have $5000+) Other then that it’s was a great casino.

- Ive played at the casino several times and in addition to being unable to withdraw anything Ive been asking them to self-exclude me from my account forever and they don´t do it and their failure to comply has caused me to lose even more money.This casino violates self-exclusion laws and encourages problem gambling.They should revoke their license. Im still waiting for a response to my self-exclusion request and a refund of my last deposit.
