• I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.In total I deposited approximately NZD $2660 into my Spinsy account. After gameplay my account balance reached NZD $4200.18.I submitted multiple withdrawal requests using the same method I had used for my deposits however every withdrawal was automatically cancelled by the platform without my request. These were usually marked as “cancelled by payment provider” or “bank rejected”.I contacted my bank (ANZ New Zealand) who confirmed that no incoming payment attempts were ever received from Spinsy and that nothing had been declined on their side. I repeatedly asked Spinsy to provide proof of any attempted payment (for example a transaction reference or processor details) but none has ever been provided.The Malta Gaming Authority has also confirmed to me that Spinsy is not licensed by the MGA despite how the site presents itself.During this period I continued to receive promotional offers and encouragement to make further deposits but my existing balance has still not been released.I am posting this review so others are aware of my experience before deciding whether to use the site. I am happy to update this review if the situation is ever resolved.

• If I could give these scammers 0 stars I would.I recently got very lucky and completely wagered a very unrealistic bonus bet (bonus bet was $300 and had to win and spend $19.5k to wager the bonus bet)After wagering the bonus I was left with $5000 so I decided to pull that out. My withdrawals were stuck in pending for roughly a month with no response as to why even the live chat were very unhelpful. I finally got somewhere when I filed a complaint with casino guru. It was at this point I got a response from Spinsy about needing to do a KYC verification (was never mentioned to me before nor was that option even on my account)I uploaded all the documents they asked for along with a selfie of myself just for them to turn around and say they have closed my account and deducted my funds as they have reasons to believe Im fraudulent.
