Even when i told them what the bank said they still said my bank declined it. - Elsa and Saso are two of the very worst customer service reaps iv ever dealt with they were harassing and mimicking me and purposely prolonging the hold for me to take my winnings out Do not ever hire these two for any reason they are immature and frankly unsuited for the job low life and unprofessional total low class establishment taken 5 months plus and they still have not verified my account to take my winnings!!
