• Sportsbet operate in bad faith. I was new to racing betting and had never heard of All In betting. The words No Refunds were hidden down the bottom. Horse was scratched and no chance for a refund. There has to be a better competitor

Absolute scam

• If theres anything below 1 star....absolute SCAM of a company....verification took forever.....when finally done withdrawal was disabled because I had turn $300 into over $10k......withdrawal finally allowed after may chats with customer service and fund later returned to my betting account after 4 working days when they realized the bet account was empty....long story short....I loose all to them again....already deactivated my account...PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE A PLAQUE...SCAMMERS.

Terrible phone support

• Terrible phone support. Unwilling to help and unfriendly. I was just about accused of money laundering after I enquired about why there were restrictions on my withdrawal amount.After I emailed them they finally agreed to release my funds back when I threatened legal proceedings. No apologies given for poor support despite having pointed it out to them. They really dont care!

Manipulative?

• When I decide to research really hard on 50 teams and find a couple I like I usually win money. When I do afterwards Sportsbet begins having troubles and stops me from placing bets. This happens each time I do well as though when they realize that you know how to win they ruin your system to stop you betting. I had problems and they helped me fix them but didnt have an excuse then Ill encounter more issues. Then nobody will reply to me in chat support and are forced to call them and demand help. These issues only happen after I win from my hard work researching.

• Actually not a bad betting company. Thir horse racing form guide is Outstanding. Infact when i bet on horses I use there betting app form guide.But sadly thats where it ends. I find it impossible to deposit money (i have informed them but like most large companies it seems to difficult it fix programming/coding issues) But never the less i use another app to bet on and use their Horse racing guide.They must have a lot of money because they have these issues in australia for a year now and not done anything to fix it.

• Sportsbet took over beteasy so I download the app Placed 2 bets on the doggies trifecta and first 4 same race received the payout for the trifecta but not the first 4 both say won numbers were right chat messaged them Georgia first tells me I never boxed the bet (which clearly was) then tells me the winnings didnt cover the bet then get told it wasnt a multi bet ... So 1.5 hours later getting passed around. Rip offs enjoy the Xmas pissup at my expense photos uploading to media as I write this review.

Sportsbet is a joke

• Sportsbet is a joke. If you deposit funds into their account you cannot withdraw it again without first betting with it (turning it over). If you do not turn it over within six months they keep your money. Even if do turnover the funds and then dont use the account for six months they start charging $10 per month inactive account fee. So basically if Sportsbet dont keep your deposited funds because you havent bet they blatantly take it anyway after six months. The inactive fee is not disclosed in Sportsbets terms and conditions either. Once your money goes into Sportsbets accounts it never comes back out. Do not use this corrupt corporate money taker!!!

• Had used for years for all sorts of bets some rather large. Started using the powerplay when it came out lost about 4 in a row and received an email saying i had qualified for an extra 3 or so per day. When a couple of these finally won immediately received an email saying i was given them by mistake and was being banned. Friends of mine say they started getting monitored after one day and eventually just gave up on them.

• My partner had a quaddie at Morphetville last Saturday with Sportsbet. The Adelaide races were called off after two races and the meeting transferred to Monday. Sportsbet did not cancel the bet on SaturdaySunday or Monday. The bet stood. There was no refund over that 3 day period. My friend Anne Wilson picked the quaddie which paid over $2k. Instead of receiving her winnings Sportsbet declared the bet VOID after the event and refunded her stake only. Surely this amounts to dishonest behaviour!

• On Melbourne cup day I placed a $25 win bet on race 2 thinking cash back if I run 2nd or 3rd. My horse invincebella susenquently ran second thinking Im now in line for a bonus bet or cash back only to find they refused saying the bet I placed 8 hours later was classed as my first bet which was for a $2 bet for my daughter not only did they refuse to help (even though the bet slips so time) they then hang up on me ... Never had these problems with crownbet they just dont want to pay when you win or are owed something

Instead of voiding all the bets SB customer support basically said “Tough luck”. The mentioned customer support officer was quite rude (which isn’t a surprise worst customer service of any bookie). They didn’t even give me back my bet in bonus. Lost complete faith in this company I’m sure they won’t miss my dollars but a stand had to be taken. Even a bookie has to know it’s way easier to keep your customers than get a new one. Will be taking my talents elsewhere
