Over 1 month waiting for verification – €4000 withdrawal blocked

• I completed full KYC verification with Sportuna.Documents submitted:IDDebit and credit cardsBank ownership documentsFirst submission: 23 NovemberLast documents sent: 23 DecemberSince then I only receive automated replies saying that “the department is working on it”.No additional documents have been requested and no resolution timeline has been provided.My balance of €4000 is currently blocked and I cannot withdraw my funds.I am posting this review publicly in the hope of receiving a clear response and resolution.

• Think twice before playing on this online casino platform and read their Terms and Conditions (T&C) carefully. There are so many restrictions with how much you can withdrawal and how often each day. You are only allowed 1 withdrawal request per day with a further restriction on the amount which is based off your level and a maximum of 3 withdrawal requests can be made. This would be ok if they didnt take so long to process the withdrawal requests and even though their T&Cs state withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 working days they dont adhere to this. I have 3 requests still in review even though the first request was put through on the 15/12/2025. Dont even bother contacting their Customer Service or the support email because neither one has any access to their Finance department who are the ones processing your requests. They wont provide you either with a contact email to their finance department either so you are basically left hanging in hope as I am that they will actually pay you out. Furthermore any bonuses you have cannot be played when there are pending withdrawal requests so you are either forced to deposit more money to play the slot machines or cancel your withdrawal requests which will then put that money back on your account to vet with. I am sooooo frustrated because I have won a substantial amount but cannot get it out due to the above. At present the maximum daily amount for me is $800 and I have 3 of them waiting to be approved. Christmas is next week but I can almost guarantee I wont have received any of the $800. My advice go elsewhere to play.

• Gave me a 150% starter bonus so i figured why not.Firstly you have to settel your bets before you can activate your bonus even if its another deposit than the bonus one I asked chat if i were to set a season long bet on another deposit then what? After asking them several times they finally said no if you plase a season bet you wont ever get a bonus as long as this bet isnt settled. I asked them were in theyr rules this was stated wich they never replied.To top it off they reduced my bonus from 150% to 100%. I asked them why and they said they dont have a 150 % bonus even when i showed the the emails they refused.STAY AWAY!!!

Sportuna limit your max bets to scam your bonus money

• I deposit 200e to Sportuna because they had ok looking 100% deposit bonus offer. Rollover requirements were pretty strict though. However I was okay with them and did the deposit.After I started betting the unimaginable happened. After only couple of casual 50 euros bets (didnt even win majority of the bets) to start to meet the rollover requirements they limited my maximum bet to 10 euros. I contacted their customer support to ask wtf is going on and they just stated that the limitation decision is final and cannot be reversed. This 10e max bet limitation made meeting the strict rollover requirements basically impossible.
