• Today I asked them to close my account they are the worst online casino site you can find. the service is bad because the chat has robotic answers which they will give rehearsed feedback. You will never be able to make withdrawals if you use their bonus features as the playthroughs are ridiculous to a point you will never reach. They require you to submit your full credit card details when you undergo the FICA / verification process ( for withdrawals) which means they have all your card information which opens it up to fraud and abuse. Their systems are always to blame when verifications fail and it takes days for them to respond. Agents on the online chat only appears to be friendly and helpful whilst there is no urgency or real effort to assist. The platform at first seems inviting and it is to a certain extent but i am afraid that the experiences ive had with them questions their ethical business sense and if they are not operating a scam. All other platforms are accepting the same documents and payouts are basically immediately without you having to jump through hoops. Then I was told that the casino would investigate and get back to me in 24-48 hours. Nothing happened. But the payment portal sent me an email to say the funds were allocated to my casino account. I once again contacted Springbok. They informed me that they were still investigating. They couldnt tell me what they were investigating as the funds had been taken from my account I had the proof of payment and the payment portal had confirmed receiving the funds. • Do not use this company! I go by the user name tidygirl I won R400 000. However was only allowed to withdraw a maximum of 50k a day.
