• Was good for a week with 50$bet returns and deposit matches. Then dropped down to 25$bet return no deposit matches hence initially good review but now a 1star.

• Worst betting agency ever. Deposited money....had a few wins. They took bonuses away 2 days after first deposit. Added bonus back 2 days later to then advise it was an error and took them back again. Would give minus 1 if I could

• Star Sports aren’t bookmakers they’re just dishonest thieves. I won some money off them and they refused to pay me my winnings and then closed my account. They offer the worst odds of all the online bookmakers and the vile owner of the company constantly posts boasting photos on twitter of his expensive meals in top London restaurants paid for no doubt with the money he has robbed off unsuspecting punters. Avoid this company like the plague.

Worst customer service

• I have mostly good experiences with these smaller bookies but this was the worst experience Ive had. I had a winning $5 bet (at $6 odds) at which time they restricted my account. When I messaged them to question this the customer service operator simply said I dont know. I went on to ask for an answer to be given before I withdraw funds and write a review. The smart ass customer service agent then sent me the instructions to request a withdrawal. If they had simply given me a straight answer I wouldnt be writing this review. Avoid at all costs!

• hi i have been betting 40 years and these are the wors t bookmaker by far i have ever dealt with even worse than betfred placed a bet and when i wanted to withdraw my winnings refused to pay me unless i provided my passport and utility bill info! never asked for that when i payed money in. The owner is too busy slagging punters off to matt chapman in a 20 minute rant on you tube and obviously treats his customers with total contempt. pointed out that witholding funds from customers was against gambling commission rules and was on the cusp of reporting them until miraculously my winnings were payed out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR IT WILL COST YOU Cheers.

• Dunno what everyone’s moaning about. I joined on 1st of June. Supplied my documents which were whizzed through straight away. I’ve won over £1000 to £1500 since joining in separate bets/roulette and I’ve been paid within 4hrs every time.Brilliant site.Only thing is they don’t tend to offer extra places for horse racing compared to other bookmakers.

• I placed a couple of bets on the Euros a few days later I logged on and my account was suspended. I sent all the relevant documents. But the account remained suspended. I was unable to cash in during the match so effectively lost £50. Ill be talking to the Gambling Commission about this.

• If I could give this site 0 stars I would without a doubt 👌 sined up with some sort of bonus code and apparently I was supposed to grt some free spins and also a 20 pounds free bet... • I signed up deposited £50 and then received KYC email for verification. Sent my driving licence and proof of address and within 10mins received an email saying i was fully verified.I lost my £50 then deposited another £495 and then they shut my account for absolutely no reason. I stood no chance of winning or even trying to win my money back. If i was aware that they where going to shut my account i would never ever have deposited £545 in total. No response to emails and live chat not interested.Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!! Contacted the gambling commission about this joke of a company.

• They dont even deserve a one star review. I did a foot ball corner bet builder and instead of instant winnings in my account I had to wait till end of the game of even an hour after! Then they tell me It is operated by a 3rd party. There are limited markets on their website. I agree with all the bad reviews. Ive now gone onto smarkets where the markets and prices are so much better and customer service is much more professional for a better betting experience.

• Opened an account paid within hours on same day it’s luck. I only played slots cashed out grand. Also make sure you use debit card and provide identification before you play. This the the reason why payment delayed due to gambling commission complications. KYC. So no I’d no payment clearly stated on the page when you deposit.
