Warning! Procedural Misconduct & Breach of Compliance
- â ïžupdated review following misleading reply StayCasinoâs conduct throughout my complaint is not just poor service â it reflects serious procedural failures and breaches of their own regulatory obligations.They confirmed in writing that deposits made with a bank card belonging to another person must be refunded to the cardholder. This is a mandatory requirement under their own terms AML/KYC standards and card-scheme rules.Yet StayCasino refunded only two days of these invalid transactions and refused to refund the rest â even though every deposit was made with the same non-matching card. - Last june 10 they get all my money. Its 6200 cad they should warning me if I canât withdraw all of it because its withdrawable already I havenât sleep just to play first time happen to me with this casino. But vegas casino they didnât do that to me. No consideration! I am asking to give back even half of it! They donât care about the players.
