- After an initial positive experience with a couple of withdrawals am afraid to say that everyone who has given them one star is correct I requested a withdrawal in September its still in processing status and every time I ask about it its the same pre scripted nonsense about performing checks. Avoid this casino at all costs as it is clearly a scam Im only waiting for £100 so I dont know how it can take so long if its genuinely being checked theres definitely more than a hint of fish with this lot.... Do not even open the site......

- Total scam withdrew on the 18th of Oct still no money have screen shots of all conversations with chat told them I have read reviews on here and asked them to let me talk to a manager to be told there is no third party only live chat and email which u never get a reply. I have reported to the gambling commission no way should they be trading if they cant pay out UPDATE have reported to CEG so waiting on response will update if I hear anything back.

- I withdraw on the 28th August 2024 . Still not received any money or email back from them the live chat is very blunt and unprofessional. Said can take up to 21 working days. I’m now on 25 working days later and still no response or money. I’m putting this down as a loss and will not be using this site again.

- Absoloutly shocking customer services. I cancelled my account but kept getting emails and texts. I would click unsubscribe on the emails but they would keep coming. I would type stop like their texts would say to do but the texts would still keep coming. I would keep contacting them to tell them to stop. Sometimes they would say it was sorted others they would say it has already been done and they would cancel the live chat. I think I will just keep messaging them on the live chat until the confirm by email that they have Done It

- Absolute scamming site. I am seeking legal advice at present they do not contact you or respond to you the live chat end the chat and not willing to assist. You request to close the account and they keep it active and ignore you. You deposit and it doesn’t show on account then can’t claim it back as you can’t provide bank with any information due to being ignored. Stay away from this site I will be taking them to court if I don’t get a satisfactory response. Mark my word u will regret becoming a member they just Rob your money from you. If I am contacted in an appropriate manner then my rating will change however I have contacted them for months and get ignored

- Signed up yesterday and Its a scam plain and simple!!!Not holding much hope for my £100 after reading all the other reviews. More concerningly i received a random whatsapp message from someone in Indonessia with the same BOT name as someone i chatted to on this site. They were asking me to earn money as i apparently watched a YouTube vids (have no idea).Avoid at all costs these are scammers and are not licenced by the the UK Gambling Commission.
