If I could give minus 1 star I would
- If I could give minus 1 star I would. I started out enjoying this site actually however… I won £457 on a bonus then had to play £940 to get near that being real money which fortunately I actually got about 400 of it however I did 2 seperate withdrawls of 200 one came to me the other is being held now for the 3rd day and I still have no answers as to why! They will still allow me to deposit though lol laughable. I review online casinos for a living to over 49k ppl and I swear I’ve waited and waited to give them a chance however this is long enough. ALSO IF U HAVE A PENDING WITHDRAWAL U WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTACT SUPPORT VERY FISHY u have no way to query ur issue and emails are just ignored. Actually finding an email is almost impossible. Heed my warning this is no joke

No issues so far....
- Not had any issues so far with Ny Spins. Although a little hard to get Bonuses i have won & withdrawn 3 times. The initial withdrawal was a little slow but this may be due to a weekend falling in between plus i am new to their casino. Withdrawn once since which was actuoned the following day & current withdrawal pending. I feel payments Pend for a while once released ive had no issues so far. Ive not even had to verify yet although im sure this will be required at some point reading other reviews. On the whole no bad experience so far. They also give lots of free spins although subject to wager requirements but you can also use point system to purchase free spins that do give real money winnings.

- Really poor spent deposited and lost but then won £850 from bonus to which they then adjusted funds and took £750 off me saying I could only win up to £100 from bonus. Different the fact that I have deposited and lost money perhaps I should request my losses back as they can just take funds from you and not pay out.

- Absolutely a joke of a company!! Stay away! I had to instruct my solicitors to take legal actions against them. They have all my documentsapproved but they want bank statements even though I deposited via PayPal and sent the physical card copy and PayPal statements to show the amounts that have been deposited. The so called help support all they say to wait!!!! This company is the worst company and most likely I will have to issue a claim against them if they dont release my funds! Over £500! Dreadful stay away!!

- My stepdad Joined this ite Friday 5th August and deposited £40 which left his bank immediately its now Sunday 7th and still the deposit is not showing . Everything we speak to them they say we have to wait few days for deposit to go on or be refunded never known this before I wish we checked these reviews first . All bad reviews please avoid .

- This casino is rubbish. After multiple deposits i thought it would of paid something. Payouts are awful. Scatters during game play is non existent. - This is a review for the mobile site. The slots dont even fit the screen!!! Not one slot would fit meaning you couldnt see your balance. I tried switching to desktop and other browsers and its the same. They charge for a deposit when no other site does so already youre down without even playing. - I registred account and they didnt ask for any identification. I was able deposit and play straight away. I requested withdrawal of 400£ and then later 500£ and after I made my second withdrawal my account was blocked and then they asked for identification. I also have 209£ in account. After reviewing my documents they sent me e mail that they are confiscating all of my money in total 1109£ because i breached their terms and conditions by opening mote then one account with them. First they have to ask for identification before they let me play and deposit and they are not allowed to confiscate my money
