• Having been waiting over 2 and a half weeks for withdrawls was asked to submit documents for verification and no update emails keep getting ignored and live chat just give the same generic responses. Had withdrawls of small amounts approved rather quickly anything over 500 doesnt get approved. Live chat respond when its working sending emails you might as well tie the email to a blind pigeon.

Honest review

• Honest review I had no problem with withdrawing money but Im telling you now the games hardly every pay out compared to other non EU regulation sites seriously if a game usually hits bonus once per 200 spins it will be once per 2500 spins on this site. To add to that some games dont have the extra boosters that they have on other sites. Ive spent about 2k in the last 2 months on this site thats definitely long enough to test how regular the games land the bonus trust me this site you will hardly ever get a bonus and when you do it will be a tiny payout such as £2 from 20p sin bonus £6 from 40p bonus.. I think the biggest bonus I hit was £42 from £1 spins that probably cost me £260 to land on it.. • The poor reviews are correct!! Biggest scam on this site is the withdrawal times. I cannot believe in these time a withdrawal takes so long. Been waiting 2 and a half days now.. surely it would take someone 2 minutes to click approve! The help I’m sure is some kind bot that repeats the same script there’s no drive there to help customer resolve issues. I’ve emailed support and raised a complaint and still no reply. Dont trust the fake 5 star reviews

• Thought the bad reviews were from a bunch of low beats not being able to accept theyve lost but turns out theyre more real than the fake 5 star reviews. Absolutely awful casino. Been waiting since Wednesday for my withdrawal to be approved. The payments team clearly sit on their backsides chatting at the coffee machine rather than approving withdrawals. Its been longer than their advertised up to 72 hours timeframe. They clearly dont work weekends either. I only signed up because a website said instant withdrawals. Never waited this long on any other site. The minute this withdrawal is approved and hits my account its an immediate account closure. How weird too that theres no live chat. If you have a pending withdrawal and you go to click on the help section it just comes up with payment processing and a broken link to your pending withdrawals page. This seems to be commonly reported. What sort of legitimate operation would not have a customer service or live chat option to at least question or inquire. So fishy.
