• I wish there was a no star option… I won £2400 they have closed my account so you cannot access the chat. They’re only form of contact is email which they hardly reply. When they have replied they have asked for mad documents that I have never experienced with any other gambling website. I have provided what they asked for and they refuse to pay having my money now for over a month. How are they allowed to do this to people?

Direct deposits gone missing

• I made 2X£25 deposits within 5 minutes of each other but neither of them have gone on to my account. When I went to the help department I am being told that they can see I tried making a deposit but I have to wait until the relivent department look in to it. Its been almost 48hrs and still nothing. I have asked them to reverse the payments but apparently they cant see them they can only see I attempted to make payments. I have sent the proof on PDF statement. This is beyond a joke. I have now contacted my bank in regards to fraud who are now attempting to pull the money back for me. I will not use this site again.
