• I used to rate this casino 5* but its gone downhill and sadly become a scam and Ill tell you why. You will play games and then about half way through or after a win the games will just randomly throw out 20-30 consecutive dead spins. Its not even sly about it theres just a streak of nothing. This happens that often that Ive decided to right a review about it. Other issues I found were high volatility games disconnecting you randomly like an hour in those games dont resume your spin - its just voided. Which brings me to my biggest complaint - 95% of the games are high volatility and its ruining slots. You used to be able to play a max 1000 - 2000x your stake slot where youd win often but now every game has jackpots at 10000 - 100000x your bet that you NEVER will win and they factor it into your payouts. Its just not enjoyable getting repeat bonuses of 20x your stake or under because theres some lottery odds chance of getting 10000 your stake - it leads to more depositing less time playing and less fun but I guess thats why all of the old fun games like genie jackpots centurion etc are all gone and now all we have are 100 link and win variants and 400 power combo variants.

• UPDATE August 1st: Duelz closed my account after I gave all the requested documents and they havent given me my money. They are disgusting thieves! Reporting them!I started playing on Duelz earlier this month and I genuinely enjoyed my experience playing and I thought the whole idea of the website was different and fun.I deposited over £10000 in total and they never once stopped me from depositing to verify my identity or source of funds.I withdrew £6000 and was awaiting approval. The following day I received an email about documents that they needed and I submitted the documents that they asked for through a third party verification system that they use and the documents were verified. I deposited a total of £2500 and then they restricted my account and asked for more documents My account stayed restricted and then I received an email asking me to send them my identity and fund documentation. I have emailed them asking what document I should submit to show proof of how I funded my account and I havent received a response. Its been 5 days since I have asked the question and even when live chat say they have pinged the relevant department I still havent heard a word.They also charged me over £180 on deposit fees when they say theres no fee on depositing with Visa. I contacted live chat and within a few hours they had credited my account with the money they took. I dont know if this was a genuine error or something more dodgy.I have been reading the other real reviews and not the obvious fake reviews paid for by this company and I agree that they are definitely in breach of 17.1.1 - Customer identity verification for the Gambling Commission as they only restricted my account AFTER I requested a withdrawal.
