- They freeze the ongoing play (oddsets)One of the games says finish and it still going on it’s only 30 minutes play. When they see your games will have a big cash out they freeze your account.I contact them by phone and chat and email nothing happened and still freezing.I should have more than 2000% cash out advance. I have 6 right games from total 8 and the last two still not played yet.This is not the first time they do this I have experienced many times the same issue. Do not play in this scam website they lied at you.I took many screenshots approved my case and I can share them with anyone.The funniest thing is the same game is open if you want to play oddset in another card but the one I already paid for it it says finish so they can freeze my card.

- I will not recommend to contact Svenska Spel Kundservice. They are rude and the answers they give is NOT correct. I got the most rude answers from a guy called William from Svenska Spel Kundservice. I told him that he was rude but I dont think he care.Iran only say that you got different answers depending who you talk too. So William find a another job or maybe the teamleader in Sveska Spel Kundservice should learn the young boys how to talk to/write to the customers.
