Sweet bonanza game can’t be trusted

This company can’t be trusted with their games. They are yet to confirm my deposit of over 3weeks. I can’t even play game as my deposit is still not confirmed. This looks fishy and suspicious. I chatted 5 different so-called agents for this very issue with no solution and they pretend to be doing something about the pending deposit. I have asked for a refund no respond for 5days now
