Absolute garbage

• Absolute garbage. Straight up crooks. After days of back and forth trying to withdrawal my winnings (a significant amount I was rather excited about) I have nothing. They refused to withdraw back onto my visa (which was what was used to deposit). Kept telling me the bank was declining it all while I was on the phone with my bank being told they were seeing no transactions at all. They repeatedly kept asking for sensitive bank information saying that was the only way the money could be withdrawn. My visa bank and my personal banking institutes are not the same making a bank statement irrelevant. Refused to give reason why they couldn’t withdraw back to my visa since the bank was not the reason for the rejection and repeatedly kept asking for my banking info. It’s like talking to bloody robots.All in all super sketchy and I don’t recommend unless you like just giving away your money. In that case donate to a charity not these scammers.

Scamming A- holes!!!

• Was recommended by someone on Facebook to use this casino. I wish I had read the reviews before signing up and deposited. They took the money from my bank but there was no money into my casino account. I went on live chat and and spoke to a man whom was so arrogant and rude. He told me to clear cache cookies etc and restart my phone. I did as he said and it made no difference at all. He then asked me to make another deposit but I refused as why should I and why would I when the site already took my first deposit. I have been hounding them every day for return of my money and keep getting the same money will be returned to you very shortly that was over a week ago. I have now lodged a dispute with my bank and uploaded all my chats with this vermin casino.

• HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Uploaded the required documents and verified my account yet everytime I tried to withdraw my winnings Televega cancelled every request! Saying I still needed to verify my account. Tried to discuss with the Support team multiple times who were no help at all! Some would say my accounts fully verified and to try withdraw again and others would say I had to upload more documents for proof of id. My last attempt to withdraw was for $500 and I received an email accusing me of using a 3rd party payment system and they confiscated my winnings! No point at anytime did the support team assist in helping to rectify the issue and Angela (a support team member) encouraged me to make a withdraw just so they could confiscate it! • I think this was just a cash grab to attract players and rake in money long enough until they vanish from the internet. After some research I found that QBCasino was blacklisted..The old Casino ran by the same company (Hollycorn N.V.) Televega will disappear next probably with a bunch of peoples money.Used to be a decent Casino at the start of the year but in the last 2 months it has really gone downhill. They are using a new dodgy third party payment system which charges extra from your bank account when you deposit - and sometimes the money is taken from your bank account and outright disappears and does not appear in your casino balance. I have been chasing a couple of missing deposits for over a week and support are unhelpful. First support person told me to wait 12 hours. Next one told me to wait again..Then the same thing again. • Been a mixed bag with this Casino I had a big muck around to start with using my wife’s card once when I joined then had been using my own after this and they were going to take my winnings took me a while to get that sorted and finally got them to pay my first pay out of $1000 then I had a win of $5000 had to withdraw in 2 lots as can only do $4000 per withdrawal went pretty smooth got my money within 2 days then haven’t had a win since that day not that I play everyday but then I just noticed today that I’m getting extra charges on top now like I put $200 in today in $50 lots but on my bank statement it says $54.64 each time then for $25 deposit it says $27.33 asked them just now and got told it’s the bank doing that I no it ain’t my bank taking that money they never have done that
