  • They literally just blocked my account because I asked for my $200 withdrawal.I won $200. Tried to cash out. They started asking for documents - fine I get it verification is normal. Sent my passport they approved it. Sent my bank statement with my full name and address on it.Then suddenly bank statement isnt good enough. They want utility bills. I told them I live with my parents so the bills arent in my name. They just kept saying vague stuff like your document doesnt work but wouldnt tell me whats actually wrong with it.I got frustrated and posted a review here. Guess what happened next? They BLOCKED my entire account.Are you kidding me? So instead of just paying me my winnings they locked me out completely?This is insane. I provided everything they asked for. Their own email said bank statements are acceptable. Then they changed their mind. Then they blocked me for complaining.My $200 is just stuck there and I cant even log in anymore.Ive got screenshots of the whole conversation. Theyre full of contradictions. First they say one thing then another then just block you.Dont make the same mistake I did. If you win here theyll find any reason not to pay you. And if you push back theyll just lock your account.Im posting this everywhere now - Reddit other review sites filing complaints.
