Service absolutely shocking and rude

• Service absolutely shocking and rude! Have ignored my request to make a complaint x3. No explanation of why my withdrawal is taking so long. The same automated message - wait full 5 working days if still not received then get in touch. Now just ignoring my emails.I have been waiting since 14/11/2024. Service and withdrawal processing used to be so quick and efficient. Everything is up to date on my account no reason for processing of my withdrawal to be taking this long. Very disappointing. Other providers do it instantly or on the same day the absolute latest. You advise 1-5 working days the longest iv been waiting before was 3 working days this time no explanation of why should I have to wait the full 5 when everything on my account is up to date and correct.

Withdrawal not the best process

• Really disappointed in the withdrawal timescale. Now at 5 working days and still showing as pending and Im not holding much hope of it being in my account tomorrow (Friday) so then will need to wait until Monday again. Really not good enough. When others seem to get there withdrawal instantly and some dont.

Withdrew £625 last Thursday evening and…

• Withdrew £625 last Thursday evening and the payment has still not been approved or pain into my account. Still showing as pending all this time later. Will update when clearedUpdateMoney in my account at 9am on Day 5. Customer services also very quick to reply to the email the I sent them yesterday. Don’t really understand why it takes so long to pay out in some cases when others seem to have had the money the same day but it was during their time frames so can’t really complain

Scammed

• I thought try this site put money on with phone then with bank and yet still saying no withdrawal details yet on deposit has set up instant banking to my account. Like all these sites quick to take money make it a pure headache to withdraw. People use vegas or admiral easy instant withdrawal not these scam sites .

• Deposited £650 in total and on my last £250 it said limit reached even though I didn’t put any in place so I couldn’t play. They then closed my account when I reached out to them and told me it will take 20 days to receive my £250 back! Anytime you email them they give you nothing but cheek I’m sure if they were waiting on £250 they’d enquire about it too! Also took my last review down as I don’t have my user ID as they closed my account and I don’t have the same mobile phone number anymore but this is a real honest review! The email I used to write this is the email linked to my account so use will know I’m a real person so stop being sneaky! In reply to their comment I don’t have my user id as use closed my account use have my email my date of birth and now my phone number which I have replied as use have asked for more info. Not as if it’s gonna change anything NO REPLY AND BLOCKED MY EMAILS AND STILL NO £250!!! Edit - unblocked my emails after this review and got a response. Still no money though..

• I make two amount of withdrawals 5days before which is 600 and 700 pounds.and two amount of withdrawal still pending 5 days after They just tell the process time is 1 to 5 day. After I tell customer support two withdrawals were processed.

So my account was permanently closed for no actual reason disgusting treatment of customers!

• Not the worst casino in the world the customer service is quite good and respond very fast via e-mail. First withdrawal too a few days then after that all over withdrawals have been instant. I did have to verify my account before I started betting which is fine and as of this moment I have no complaints. I dont play slots so I dont know the validity of them but the live games like roulette is the same as anywhere else.

• Great casino site their offers dont come with silly wagering requirements/deadlines so you can have fun playing slots without feeling pressured to blast all your money away as quickly as possible. There is a £1 fee for withdrawals but it was near instantaneous so felt worthwhile (better than having your money stuck in transit for several days). I still haven’t got it and it’s been out of the timeframe they give 1 to 5 working days. • Have used them for a few years now gradually changes to the games availability evolution gaming now removed withdrawals use to be literally instant (minutes) the last one is now nearly 3 days and still no settlement since checked my account to see that there is a request for proof of address this isnt a problem it just hasnt been communicated across especially with a pending withdrawal in place (had already been in contact the day before to see if any issues to be told processing can be upto 5 days no mention of POA) hope the withdrawal wasnt held up by the KYC request as this would break gambling commission rules (17.1.1) anyway in the past few days they have reduced my limits on live roulette (imposed max betting limit) and have reduced my annual limits understand alot of this is due to provider guidance via the GC but expect some of this is to stop customers from winning have deposited small amounts and won ££££s before this would not be possible now due to the maximum betting limit. Its been a good few years until these changes and have since asked for my account to be closed there are plenty of other providers out there edit took 4 days for them to send the withdrawal this was after emailing them their response was they will process within the 1-5 day time frame
