- Withdrawal times take pretty long for transactions over £400. For example I withdrew £400 which went into my account in the next few minutes I then won a further £2000 which took 5 working days (which is still within their guidelines of 1-5 working days). Money hit my account today after I withdrew on 27th December. As a heads up just be patient for any large wins. Other than that I’ve had a good experience with the phone casino.

- Still waiting for withdrawals to be processed....almost 7 working days now and still waiting for 6 withdrawals totalling £5500 to be processed. Customer services reply but just asking me to be patient and tell me they cant give me a time frame on when I will get my money. As others have mentioned most online casinos now pay out instantly or at least within 24 hours....to be waiting 7 working days and still nothing is ridiculous. Cannot recommend this site at all

- The site is simple to use but the withdrawal times are slow compared to other/similar sites. I have questioned the wait to which customer service are quick to respond to email queries but I have had generic answers. I have 4 withdrawals currently processing as the withdrawal limit is capped which means I’ve had to split my winnings and have had to pay £1 per withdrawal. I understand the time frame is out of the customer services hands but the processing times are frustrating. Hopefully my withdrawals are processed soon.

- Be very aware in this scam furniture. I just tried to sign up her room put all my details in and they told me to put a pin number in and I put the pin number in it to be directed me to give us number a call. I believe it’s not genuine should not be on there it shouldn’t have the stars. It’s been given be aware it is of a scam .. why have you asked me to remove it? Because it’s true? You send me stuff on my phone. I can’t even access the website and you are constantly saying there’s nothing wrong but every time I go in I can’t go in. You require documentation which I’ve already sent and you want more and more identity fraud is what you are.

There is a £1 fee for withdrawals but it was near instantaneous so felt worthwhile (better than having your money stuck in transit for several days).
