• I had a nice win of £800.00 I had read the reviews on here and was worried that I wouldn’t receive my money and that it was a scam site stated by others but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I received my winnings even though it was a bank holiday the day I received it so thank you The phone casino❤️I’ve just withdrawn £1500.00 and I now don’t have any worries at all 🙏🏻. So please don’t believe all the bad reviews they are not scammers and customer service are very helpful too

• I have got winnings amounting to £1100.60 in my account with the phone casino. I contacted the phone casino regarding this because I had forgotten about it due to self exluding from vegas moose so I was excluded from there too fast forward 5 weeks I forgot my log in details so emailed them about change of email and if they can send my winnings over due to not wanting to re open my account they stated I have to wait. Although on the UK gambling commission website it states that any winnings or monies on the site at the time of self exclusions the casino site will need to send it.I am still awaiting a response in order to withdraw the funds I am fully verified and have a long history of emails to prove the authenticity of what I am saying is true. Still haven’t had a response and tried calling with no response there either. As it states on the phone casino and the gambling commission the funds should be returned when self excluded but have failed to do so and ignoring my requests. EDIT: They have emailed to say they have actioned the request and will take 1-20 days a long time to wait but I will update when and if I get funds in my account. Emailed to change my phone number so I can get updated on my withdrawal rather than keep emailing. I was then told it does not affect it and it’ll be 5 working days but I was told previously told 1-20 days? I tried to email back to explain this and I am now blocked from emailing the phone casino! I’m not holding my breath for my winnings now. EDIT(reply)- I am aware of the self exclusion and what was stated but when I asked first time around they just said they will action it when it’s up I had to ask twice. I have sent the proof of the blocking message when I have emailed/tried to email. I tried to change my number and was told I would not be able to because of the self exclusion so I would not have received no SMS and CS told me you don’t SMS when funds are sent. I am not in receipt of any funds yet.

• Ive won a couple of times..for winnings over 400.00 it doesnt land immediately into your account like anything under that amount.. which I find bizarre.. therefore as it was still pending 12 hours later I contacted a lovely chap mike from the gambling commission who agreed.. outrageous simply holding on for dear life to your money..he told me to advise them to contact him with immediate effect.. guess what..they pressed the button pretty much there and then .hey presto ..muggy comes to mind

• This site is great to use friendly and professional when you have a problem quick and efficient at verification as long as you have the correct documents. Quick pay outs for winnings takes a little bit longer for bigger winnings but Ive found that happens with most sites. I am really happy with this site.

• I made a small deposit at The Phone Casino and achieved the maximum win on Hacksaw’s Wanted Dead Or A Wild of £12000 at £1 per spin! The most you can withdraw is £2000 and so I had to do that six times. I’m still waiting for my money (it says between 1-5 days and it’s only been 3 so far). Positive experience so far due to my massive win. It’s a shame you can’t withdraw more though. Now I just have to wait another two days and voila!Highly recommend you give it a shot.Update: it’s been 11 days now and I still haven’t received my winnings! • If I could give this a 0 star I absolutely would. I am shocked by the process and professionalism of this supposed site.I have been trying to verify my account. I sent all they have requested they have nit picked and wont verify me because they want my name as it is on my passport. I have told them that is my legal name because Im foreign they are refusing to verify me and have also been extremely rude toward my name and the fact that I showed them an nhs letter which they read all details are now refusing to allow me to withdraw. I dont think this is a legit site. They have also kept my passport on file!!!

• Be very aware in this scam furniture. I just tried to sign up her room put all my details in and they told me to put a pin number in and I put the pin number in it to be directed me to give us number a call. • Withdrawal times take pretty long for transactions over £400. For example I withdrew £400 which went into my account in the next few minutes I then won a further £2000 which took 5 working days (which is still within their guidelines of 1-5 working days). Money hit my account today after I withdrew on 27th December. As a heads up just be patient for any large wins. Other than that I’ve had a good experience with the phone casino.
