• I’ve played on this site for a significant period now mainly for the fact they have a great selection and withdrawals are instant. HOWEVER I won a larger portion of money this time and I haven’t received my withdrawal yet. This is day 4. I have reached out to support numerous times and they advise 1-5 days but this isn’t the case for previous withdrawals. It seems support has an AI generated response as I read people’s reviews they all seem quite generic. I’ll update and change my rating to 5* if and when I receive my funds within this period. Not a happy customer right now.

• Withdrawls take very long. Made withdrawl 4 days ago and still waiting. Had my account Suspended due to going over limits ai find it humiliating having to send my full bank statements to unlock it. They will lock your account if you exceed your limits Not just depositing option but all the account. ALSO the bonuses you get is close to nothing they have lowest reward system I have ever seen.

• I have got winnings amounting to £1100.60 in my account with the phone casino. I contacted the phone casino regarding this because I had forgotten about it due to self exluding from vegas moose so I was excluded from there too fast forward 5 weeks I forgot my log in details so emailed them about change of email and if they can send my winnings over due to not wanting to re open my account they stated I have to wait. Although on the UK gambling commission website it states that any winnings or monies on the site at the time of self exclusions the casino site will need to send it.I am still awaiting a response in order to withdraw the funds I am fully verified and have a long history of emails to prove the authenticity of what I am saying is true.
