- Making this post because the reviews don’t feel too fair I play the same game on every site and the volatility of the game is pretty high and this site is the only one to pay out on the top bonus The withdrawal was in my accounts 15 seconds after approvalThe approval took a little while but chatted to Heather in support and she was great! Fast efficient and made sure it was processed. I see a lot of reviews saying after initial win you won’t win again so I’ll update in a week or two But so far so good !

Secondly you can never contact this casino there live chat no one is ever there the telephone number when you call it it says unfortunately they have no staff because of covid contact live support who dont answer thirdly you will never actually win its fixed. Absolute rubbish obviously a scam site not paying legal RTP rates. Ive never seen anything like it. - Not sure where all the bad reviews have come from. Been playing for over a week. Winnings always paid out in quick time and gameplay is pretty decent. - Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I joined after receiving an invite from another casino and made a deposit of £50 . I was played for about 1 hour then stopped for lunch when I attempted to login it wouldn’t let me as I had been a member of a sister casino I had self excluded from. - WARNING. Dodgy site avoid. Numerous games bring up internal server error and kick you out every few spins. Loyalty system is an absolute con wagered 2k got £2 in loyalty I then deposited £20 only to find Im now limited to playing 5 games but get this it takes your real balance first! So youre stuck in the limitation of five very basic games until you spend what you deposited. If that wasnt bad enough Im then left on 20p in my bonus balance and when I go to wager it it says error on all five games. So the site is purposefully trying to keep me stuck in this limitation I cant get out of.
