Repeated Scams – Paid Subscription No Access No Support. Stay away from TOD.

• I’ve had enough of TOD. This is the third time I subscribe to watch matches and every time it ends in frustration. after just a few days of working my subscription stops working... on its own!!! again AND AGAIN. The app treats me like Im not subscribed even though I paid. Now I can’t even log into the account that has the subscription while I can log in with other accounts. What kind of joke is this? This is obviously a form of fraud. Each time I have to open a ticket wait for like 2+ days for a useless response and the best they can do? issue a compensation. You take people’s money and deliver nothing. This feels like fraud at this point. Fix your system or stop offering paid subscriptions. And if you can’t deliver what people paid for refund them. Im not falling for this scam. and you should not fall for it too. refrain from TOD. use other great services. even pirated IPTVs deliver more than TOD.

• TOD is very inconsistent with the reliability of coverage. It glitches at the worst times. Sometimes it’s ok. Other times you cannot view in English only Arabic. It’s extremely frustrating that’s it’s so unreliable coverage. As I’m writing this I was able to watch the race in Saudi but as soon as the race finishes within seconds it glitches and post race interviews and trophy ceremony coverage is absolutely awful! Makes me wonder how I can get around not using TOD.

• Honestly When I first started using it it was alright but now it keeps on saying you reached device limits so i logged out of every device and it still said that I think that they should remove the fact that you are allowed to only remove 1 device every 30 days!!!!! • Be careful dont subscribe! They charge you bit they dont show you content you subscribed for and they dont refund. They dont even care once they charged you. BE AWARE!

You literally cannot cancel the subscription

• You literally cannot cancel once you subscribe. And they take your money every month. When you try to cancel it says you have to wait until the end of the month youve just paid for and of course if you wait they take another months subscription. If you go to their support link it sends you to the same link that doesnt let you cancel. What a scam they run. Awful.

Pay subscription for no service

• The have charged me the subscription fee but I am not able to view any of the content! The app is prompting me to subscribe and pay again although tht subscription fee of 69.99 already debited from my bank account through apple pay. The worst thing that there is absolutely no way to contact them though telephone or e mail to resolve the issue.I have seen tens if not hundreds of reviews going talking about the same issue so I am quite sure that the company is aware about this but dont have the decency to resolve the issue and refund the money which in my opinion one form of fraud

Had some blackouts during the euros but generally managed to watch all.Was not able to see any of tge Olympics at all.Ended up in email conversation with them for 3 weeks where they did not help or take any responsibility offering no refund.After Olympics finished they suggested I could watch the highlights ................enough sadNever again with TOD TV I do not recommend at all.

• Paid to watch the euros and the olympics. Was not able to watch the Olympics. Sent them emails as this is the only. Way to contact them and kept receiving emails in which they said that they are working on it. Subscription packages are confusing prices are high and service is just rubbish. I am not sure how Bein collaborated with these scammers.

• i dont recommended to anyone the platform does not work on most browser Just a friendly reminder that TOD is not compatible with the OPERA browser. You can refer to this link for more information. and there are more errors while watching you watch 5 min then you will get an error so you need each time to clean cookies and re login again very bad experience i think it is developed by interns. customer support seems dump no technical knowledge when you face a problem you have to find solution on your own

• Save your money - don’t subscribe! I regularly have issues where the platform does not allow me to watch games/matches (3 times in 2 weeks in 5 attempts…) and despite this they provide no support and no money. Avoid!

I wanted to watch euro2024 and I logged to my Tod account where they show euro2024 live matches with subscribe button: I pressed the button and I was charged $50 for 1 month. When I want to watch the message came that I have no credentials to watch the match. What a scam.

It says subscribe and the clicking on the subscribe link says you dont have an active subscription!!!!Doesnt load on the TV!!!This is the biggest scam of taking our hard earned money and no way to cancel or get a refund. • I would give 0 stars if possible. Zero absolutely zero customer service. I tried upgrading my subscription I couldnt app freezes a lot sometimes it logs you out on important matches. And lots and lots more hiccups

Any big game the app decides to throw you out and you can keep trying to log in it wont work have seen other comments on their Instagram account same issue. Secondly the biggest issue...Customer care does NOT exist you can try anything you will never get a response..Only thing guaranteed from them.. they will take your money. Really hope someone gets football rights in the region to show how it should be done these lot should never be allowed anywhere near sports appalling service.
