• Honestly going through other reviews got me scared. But from my point of view the reasons I purchased TOD Im satisfied for now cos all I wanted to stream i get them without issues. I want to also thank one of the customer service assistance in Virgin megastore Mall of the Emirates. Neg was extremely professional and helpful. She did a great job. I was planning to go for something else but with her product know I got a better option. I would encourage to try the Instore purchase and not get discouraged by some reviews. Setbacks might come but I hope the team is working hard to be better.

TOD does not work at all

• TOD does not work at all. Worst service ever. Always freezing does not even function. It is simply a rip off as there no refund nkt even partial one. The company must be sued for thia. Frequent Crashes and Lag Despite 4K Subscription

• The app crashes frequently whether I’m using it on my phone watch or TV. It runs very slowly and right now while watching the Liverpool vs. Atletico game the stream keeps lagging and even stopping completely. On top of that reaching customer support feels impossible—it’s like a mystery with no clear way to contact them. • I’ve had enough of TOD. This is the third time I subscribe to watch matches and every time it ends in frustration. after just a few days of working my subscription stops working... on its own!!! again AND AGAIN. The app treats me like Im not subscribed even though I paid. Now I can’t even log into the account that has the subscription while I can log in with other accounts. What kind of joke is this? • TOD is very inconsistent with the reliability of coverage. It glitches at the worst times. Sometimes it’s ok. Other times you cannot view in English only Arabic. It’s extremely frustrating that’s it’s so unreliable coverage. As I’m writing this I was able to watch the race in Saudi but as soon as the race finishes within seconds it glitches and post race interviews and trophy ceremony coverage is absolutely awful! • You literally cannot cancel once you subscribe. And they take your money every month. When you try to cancel it says you have to wait until the end of the month youve just paid for and of course if you wait they take another months subscription. If you go to their support link it sends you to the same link that doesnt let you cancel. What a scam they run. Awful.

• The have charged me the subscription fee but I am not able to view any of the content! The app is prompting me to subscribe and pay again although tht subscription fee of 69.99 already debited from my bank account through apple pay. The worst thing that there is absolutely no way to contact them though telephone or e mail to resolve the issue.I have seen tens if not hundreds of reviews going talking about the same issue so I am quite sure that the company is aware about this but dont have the decency to resolve the issue and refund the money which in my opinion one form of fraud

Had some blackouts during the euros but generally managed to watch all.Was not able to see any of tge Olympics at all.Ended up in email conversation with them for 3 weeks where they did not help or take any responsibility offering no refund.After Olympics finished they suggested I could watch the highlights ................enough sadNever again with TOD TV I do not recommend at all.

Way to contact them and kept receiving emails in which they said that they are working on it. Subscription packages are confusing prices are high and service is just rubbish. I am not sure how Bein collaborated with these scammers.

You can refer to this link for more information. and there are more errors while watching you watch 5 min then you will get an error so you need each time to clean cookies and re login again very bad experience i think it is developed by interns. customer support seems dump no technical knowledge when you face a problem you have to find solution on your own

I wanted to watch euro2024 and I logged to my Tod account where they show euro2024 live matches with subscribe button: I pressed the button and I was charged $50 for 1 month. When I want to watch the message came that I have no credentials to watch the match. What a scam.
