• Worst gambling experience. Customer service is completely useless and they will do everything in their power to keep from paying out money. In review process leading to a withdrawal they keep coming up with new claims and stating that you have edited or tampered with documents even though they are PDFs generated from your bank. I was robbed out of 15000 euro in this process.They will do all to keep you playing even lying to you about not being able to approve documents even though they are completely in line with their guidelines. They claim that they will review documents in 15 minutes but I had to wait 6-7 hours only for a rejection a bullshit reason. In that time period I asked customer service for a status 6-7 times and they kept saying I needed to be patience but it was a straight up review. Later they said it took a long time to review because they had to reject it - even though it was a perfectly legitimate document showing the needed information.They are lying and deliberately delaying payouts every which way they can in order for you to keep playing and losing winnings.Stay away. You can deposit unlimited funds but you will never see your winnings. What a scam! I have all the documentation about the proces.
