Serious payment issues at Trickz Casino.

• I have played at Trickz Casino for some time now. And i have been 110% sattisfied with the customer service quality of games and also deposit/withdraw times. Also super fast to become Veryfied. A casino worthy of a 5star rating! BUT! For the last couple of days. Iwe made some withdraws that have yet to be completed. I was at first told it was a «minor issue» and a swift fix before it would be ok. 5days later and no news other then customer service telling med that their finacial team are working as fast as they can to solve the issue. Because of a technical issue with their payment provider. An issue customers should not be at fault for or even should be concerned with. Trickz casino could make a new withdraw to me as their customer. And sort out this payment issue internal with their partners. Leaving customers out of it. It only leaves a bad taste on the whole experience playing on this casino. And it rises the question will it happen next time if the issue is fixed. Is my funds even safe at trickz casino. So I can only leave a 1star rating and a «red flag» warning to other players for the time being. And When the issue is fixed and all is sorted. Good points:-Relatively quick verification (within one day) -Nice cashback with few conditions (max withdrawal of $1000 from cashback isnt bad)Bad points:-The RTP for Pragmatic Play games has been lowered compared to standard. • What a shame I didnt check this first. I had a good and funny time until I wanted to withdraw my win. They found 2 accounts which is right I had an old one with my old email I blocked and created a new. This got sorted. Next upload documents and payment method. - done /approved (i added a wrong iban nummer) so i was told to send more information / the same information once again so they could edit. 20 hours later no response. There was multiple supporters contacting me with same messenger send documents of my iban but nothing happen the email was dead. I wish I never shared all my documents to this scammer company now I have to change all but I learned to stay away from online sites because you never know who sit on the other site and steal from you.
