• If I could give negative stars I would! Fraudsters and Crooks - Avoid like the plague. My experience with them happened two years ago but it still irks me. I deposited and made my first bet $1000 on MLS Montreal to finish as the top Canadian team at about even odds 2/1. The next two weeks they won both their games and their competition Vancouver/Toronto both loss so the odds changed dramatically to about 1.1-basically going to happen. Next thing I log into my account theyve cancelled my bet returned the money to my balance - upon a phone call this woman gives me a BS story how their computer system lost all their bet data and they had no choice but to reset system. Ive made thousands of wagers in the last several years and never heard such a story and they stuck to it. Then she holds my balance hostage as my new limit to bet is $1 - and I cant withdraw because as a new customer I took a 20% bonus or some BS and has to rollover. After several stressful days and awful ongoing correspondence they agreed to refund me my $1000 - horrible human beings

• Is anyone able to provide an update on their withdrawal? I withdrew $3.5k in early April and have not rec’d. Multiple support emails with basic responses. Have reached out to commission and they do respond but with you will get paid out in order of withdrawals requested. Anyone been paid out at all?

• The bottom line is that they simply wont pay you. Either you are going to lose your balance and waste your money or you are going to make a profit make a withdrawal never have it processed and waste your money anyway. If they wanted to they could apply to the OGA and become an official Ontario sportbook but then they would have to follow all sorts of inconvenient rules and regulations that wouldnt allow them to continue being the scam site that they are...DO NOT make a deposit to this criminal organization. You will never see those funds again. They are the worst book Ive had the misfortune of dealing with in nearly 30 years of online betting...

• Like others have mentioned this bookmaker has clearly got some serious issues. I have tried to withdraw multiple times some withdrawals have been pending for weeks with no resolution customer service just say there is a delay for withdrawals but dont outline what it is. Currently i have one that has been pending for 12 days. They operate under the Kahnawake commission license but these folks dont respond to complaints either

Terrible site avoid at all costs

• Terrible site these guys will take your money and not process withdrawals. Also they claim to have live chat and a phone number but neither is true they may or may not answer emails but their response just says you have to wait longer…I waited and the money never came.

• They wont pay out their withdrawals. My 94 year old father withdrew $400 mid January and still has not seen the money. You cant call them they wont answer emails. I spoke with the Ontario gaming commission and they dont regulate this site therefore its legitimacy is in question. Im going to write them a letter and if they dont respond Im going to call CTV News and see if they want to do a story. Theres lots of us out there that are waiting for our withdrawals.

• Had a great experience with TrueNorthbets. Yes the verification is required and it may need more information than other betting sites. However my bank statements and ID got verified within 2 days. I placed my first bets and nothing went wrong. Withdrawl was pretty quick too less than 3 days using etransfer. Which is the standard time for betting websites using WYZIA or whatever it’s called. Make sure whoever is betting with this site read all the terms and conditions. I’m sure all the 1 star reviews are people who don’t read and just bet……. That’s why they are angry because something went wrong

Truenorth is a scam when trying to withdraw

• I have 3 pending withdraws worth over 2000k and they keep delaying the payout. Its been 5 days and they havent even approved the withdrawal to be processed. Be careful when using theis company. They let you deposit so easily but when you withdraw good luck! Customer service is trash also. Very rude!

• DONT SIGN UP WITH TRUE NORTH! I deposited $1000 for their deposit match promotion and after winning another $1000 they confiscated my money and closed my account claiming I violated their terms. I did nothing wrong and they had no proof I had. BEWARE of their promotions.

Decent Sportsbook

• As an avid sports bettor few months ago I would have given this site a 5-star rating. They have great support amazing bonuses and promotions and a good interface for placing bets. I placed large amounts of bets on this site over the year and so far there arent any issues like limits incorrect payouts etc. Really cant ask for more from a sports betting site.The only reason Im giving them 4-star is their delay in withdraws in the past few months. Eventually I do receive my withdrawals in full there are no issues there its just the time it takes is longer compared to other well known sportsbooks. Hopefully they fix this issue soon and Ill change my rating back to 5-stars.

Both times Truenorth used the excuse that they had technical difficulties with their transactions. • I signed up last week and it has some nice sportsbook options. I deposited using e-transfer and received the deposit match as a welcome offer. No issues for me when making my bets. I havent tried withdrawing yet but so far so good.

• Wouldn’t bet here with many better options out there. Put 100$ on and turned it into 1000$.. documents were sent in over 5 days ago and not verified they make you send in 3 different types as most sites require just your drivers license they will probably say my documents are not right or something to make up another excuse live chat rarely helps they limit you to 10$ a bet on props then say all bookies do this incase games are “rigged”? It’s the only site to ever have limits they let you deposit right away but if you want a withdrawal it takes months. Takes them over a week to even look at documents yet live chat says it’ll take them a few days.. scam website. Do everything to stop you from withdrawing so you lose your money closing my account right now.
