Misleading promotions and disrespectful treatment: deposit bonuses not credited on 2nd and 3rd deposit
- I made three deposits at TrustDice. The first deposit bonus was applied correctly. On the second and third deposits I manually activated the bonus before depositing exactly as I did the first time but the bonus was not credited on either occasion.I contacted live chat support and spoke with an agent named Karmen who insisted that I hadn’t activated the bonus — accusing me of something that is simply not true and refusing to offer any real solution. Their only argument was “the system doesn’t make mistakes” which is not acceptable when the process depends on a manual activation that the user cannot verify independently.As a “compensation” they offered a few free spins of negligible value which in no way covers the expected value of the missing bonus.This is misleading advertising and poor business practice: they induce players to deposit showing attractive offers but then refuse to honor them without reviewing cases individually.I do not recommend TrustDice to anyone who values their money or expects serious treatment from a casino.

Account blocked and funds confiscated
- I lost access to my previous account some time ago so I reached out to the compliance team for assistance. They responded and advised me to create a new account using a different email address.I followed their instructions and opened a new account two days ago. Everything was working smoothly—I even made a few small withdrawals without any issues. However today I attempted to withdraw $400 and my account was suddenly blocked. Not only was the $400 confiscated but also the remaining $100 in my balance totalling $500.Earlier today I made eight deposits all of which were manually credited to my account. At no point was I informed of any potential issues. When I reached out to chat support with all the relevant details they were unable to assist. Now the support team comes online but ignores my messages.The reason provided for the account block was cited as 3.2 but no further clarification was given. I have now contacted the compliance team again in hopes of resolving this matter as I genuinely believe I have done nothing wrong.Edit- I have emailed you my username and email address yesterday and I am waiting for you to reply.

- Why would you guys put a max bet button right on the left side of the spin button when you already have a way to adjust your bets on the left side of the screen? I know the answer.. it because you hope that someone like me makes a couple bets using the spin button and doesnt realize that they hit the left side of spin button and their betting max until a couple bets later when their moneys all gone. Why add another button to adjust your bet and why doesnt it pop up until I have enough to cover a max bet

- Creator Warning:I normally never bash a platform publicly but after 2 years of being ghosted on a $3000 payout I earned I feel obligated to share this.Back in 2022 I partnered with Trust Dice for a creator deal — 10 YouTube videos and I could withdraw the remaining balance. After completing the work I was owed $3000 USD. My affiliate manager Marcos initially said he’d follow up. I sent 10+ emails. No reply.Fast forward to May 1st 2025 — they reach out again about reopening the partnership (this time with someone named Jones). I asked about the unpaid funds sent all previous proof and he also said he’d look into it. Since then: 4 follow-up emails. Zero response.I don’t take calling companies out lightly — especially in the casino space — but this is unacceptable.DO NOT work with Trust Dice.DO NOT promote them.And honestly? I wouldn’t trust playing there either. If they ignore creators I’d be concerned about players too.To other content creators: get everything in writing and secured by contract.Be safe out there.-edit after Trust dice replied.There is a big difference between ending a partnership and ghosting /not paying someone who did work for you. If you dont see this as an issue that needs to be made up for you are actually braindead.
