• Please please do not use this company! They do not follow rules on responsible gambling and very very slow in complaint response. When you receive a response they do not address your concerns only a flakey response and bad attitude I opened an account a few months ago which I closed due to my own gambling issues. • Just the worst. KYC team just don’t reply to emails. No way to withdraw without completing KYC which is fine but it might help if they responded to emails. Terrible AI robot that you have to upload your documents to that is glitchy and if you don’t have a valid uk passport please don’t join as they accept nothing else.
