- Iām giving Videoslots 2 stars because they take hours to verify a bank card to do a withdrawal but when we deposit money itās instantly they take the money very quickly but to give back the winnings they stall it and take their time. Itās now over 4 hours and still waiting for bank card verification!!!! Such bad customer service but full of empty words.

- Very low RTP on games means u have very low chance of winning here. They also have Playtech games that are so manipulated its become a joke. The site has a very good selection of games. The site has a good layout and easy to navigate. The live support a little slow but they do answer and help. The slot tournaments seem a little suspicious to me and maybe they use AI bots to create high scores that are virtually impossible to beat. Overall a decent site but lets face all gambling sites now are highly manipulated to pay low RTP%

- Id love to give video slots a 5star as my previous experience with them has actually been very good over the years.However an issue I have come across recently and how it is currently being handled is poor hense my review.Recently played a jackpot chase battle(max 5 players) which at the time we all finished our spins and i placed 2nd. Which would have gave me a winning of Ā£900 roughly. But myself and other players noticed there was a 6th player whom then placed 2nd which made me place 3rd (Ā£627) and also knock other players out of winnings. Not only this the prize pool was based on 5players.meaning there should be an extra 605 split between the potsI reported the issue had a reply of because my prize was higher than my buy in they advise me to leave it and take my winnings. (the buy in was 605. My winnings was 627).Of course I continue to argue the situation as I am either owed aditional winnings of being 2ndplace with just 5 players or have the aditional split for 6player battle. I said if nothing resolved I will take it further and close my account on Friday instead they have closed my account for 30days theirs elf and I am still being palmed off with the same excuse our team are looking into it this has been 2 weeks..The agents on live chat some have been great help but I with videoslots.com would sort this out its really not hard to known that they are the ones who have messed up but cannot seem to justify it in paying aditional rewards. Once... Shall I say if this issue is resolved I will happily change my review back to what it should be. I hope you sort this issue out videoslots.com. I am still waiting for my email!
