- been depositing 5 or 6 times with a new cardsame bank but a new card then get a little win and they ask me to send picture of the cardwhich i do and they take ages to sort it out to get your money hoping that you will give up waiting and just lose the money!! also reported a broken slot which has not given a feature in over 4000 spins!!! their answer was to delete cookies and try a different device!! dont know what has happened to videoslots but they are turning into a terrible site used to be fun to play here but now its so hard to get a feature let alone win anytime! UPDATE..i got the below reply from videoslots filled in the info they asked me to and surprise surprise...NOTHING!!! still waiting for the to allow me to withdraw to a bank account i have been using with them for the last 15 YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!! total joke as they were ok taking money from the same account for 2 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honest company With Great service
- Weeks wages again lost in a BTG slot in a few hours. Didnt get a win over 12x on Outlaw losing over £500 in the process. Only playing on 60p-£1 stakes. You can waffle on about fairness and random number generators all you want but at the end of the day it is just a scam. RTP showing as 43% which is disgusting but in all honesty Im not sure how its even showing as that high. Thanks for making me feel like a complete mug yet again.
