Not worth the hassle

• After playing a while and even having some wins I made a deposit as I have done many times before and straight after taking my money they restricted my account said I had to provide proof of address bank statements photos of my card and passport or drivers licence. I refused decided to close my account that took 2hours in the live chat to achieve. My money has still not been returned to me and now my account is closed I cant access anything. • In December i tried to make a deposit with these which succeeded on my end but my account wasnt credited. I made a second deposit and same thing Successful on my end they took the money but it wasnt credited.i contacted support and was told they was looking into it. After 2 weeks of chasing what i can only assume are school children from there responses they finally told me they had found them and they would be returned to me soon.Another week on from accepting liability and another week of chasing and i still havent been refunded For the last week ive had excuse after excuse and keep being fobbed off by customer support.As it turns out there T&Cs are very vague and in short they say they dont accept responsibility and basically its up to them when / if they want to refund.Thankfully these were only small deposits but im posting here to raise awareness and hopefully prevent someone else being scammed on larger amounts.Now 21 days since i first contacted support about this problem and all i get is they are looking into it yet 7 days ago they told me they had found them and was just waiting for another team to credit my account.AVOID AT ALL COST!UPDATE!
