• Part 2 of my review of the worst online casino. Well continuing from where I left off my withdrawal was approved and showed as green. I contacted them and was told yes it was released now. A red flag? Nope my foolishly optimistic feelings negated the huge red flag as I had been told that already three times. Anyway I figured it should be anytime now so I waited...and waited some more...then some more...hours passed 12 hours to be exact! I contacted support again and was told the winnings were released it was not in their hands now and it must be my bank or the third-party withdrawal sites issue. Again the third-party site is on their site and no contact information is given or what to do if an issue arises with them so after another day I went on chat asking for information to contact them and asked if a check can be done with my bank info to ensure the proper numbers were entered and didnt accidentally end up in someone elses account due to fat-fingering a button and making one wrong entry in the banking information. But I was told that cant happen and they don’t have contact information for the third-party withdrawal company? I thought how is that possible? Its your third-party site not mine but I couldnt do or say anything so another day passes and I contact them again asking again for a quick check to ensure the proper information was entered and if contact information is available for the third party and again I was told its not possible just wait it will show up. Not once was I informed of any other possibilities or given any scenario other than its been released so it should be in my account and I was told that repeatedly and not once was I told payouts here can take as long as seven days. But the money was released and should be in my account which is why I was worried. Well after some Googling I had to involve my husband who is a master Googler (lol if thats a thing) but I had to get him on it and after hours online we found what we thought was the third-party website. There was no contact number or chat available just a message page but he filled it out and waited. An hour later he got a call and the lady checked and said she could see transactions involving my email but did not see any transactions for the last few weeks. Then I got worried so I called the site and told them. The bank was contacted and the third-party site was contacted and no such transaction existed. I asked them to investigate properly again. I was dismissed once more and the check on the entered bank information I asked for the fourth time was granted. It took seconds and as quickly as the message said it was read I got back that it was all entered properly and I should just be patient. This is now the end of day five. Have you ever asked a chat agent anything and it took no less than five minutes? Me neither. Now all the flags are popping up in my head.Before I said anything foolish I left the chat and figured I had done all I could. Now all I could do was wait and hope the site was not a fraud. Even though no money had been lost I still felt like I was going to lose $200 in real dollars. Well not 20 minutes after the chat I received a notification from my bank. A deposit had been made! Another red flag should have been raised then as isnt it funny that after I did everything they asked and nothing more could be said or blamed 20 minutes later money was deposited just like a real fast payout site. In a euphoric state once again I sent my daughter some money set aside what I needed for myself and deposited $60. I took the first deposit bonus and hit deposit. It normally takes seconds but nothing happened so I figured it was a bank issue with it being the first e-transfer to a new recipient so I probably had the 30-minute wait time for those rare occurrences. I checked just in case and it said it had been sent and approved. I went back to the site and still nothing. I called the bank and confirmed it was sent and nothing was pending. Then I went to the site and I had been blocked? After some digging I found the chat and asked what had happened. I had just deposited money and I was now blocked? The explanation given was that I was labeled an addict and had been excluded from play for my health and safety after one session of gameplay? After the chat all of a sudden hours straight by this time had passed now emails started arriving with links to help sites for addiction. I explained to them that this was crazy and impossible. How could I be diagnosed with a gambling problem after only one session that in all honesty was maybe three hours long at best? and didnt want to believe what my gut had been telling me right from day one. TO BE CONTINUED. Last part to be posted tomorrow still gets worse!!

• I deposited £400 and got my balance up to £930. They they sent me an email saying my account is closed and they have returned my £400 deposit. When I enquired about the £530 winnings I hadnt received they said they had confiscated it as I broke their terms and conditions. I asked what terms I had broken and they refused to tell me what terms I had broken or how I had done so. I would avoid at all costs this website is a scam. There are much more reputable casinos out there who wont steal your winnings.

Don’t waste your money

• I strongly advise against wasting your money here! Ive faced continuous issues with withdrawals. Initially I was told my withdrawal had been processed and sent to my bank only to later find out it was denied and I was asked to change my withdrawal method. The frustrating part is that this has been my #1 withdrawal method for years and it has always worked for withdrawals. After multiple denials it feels like they are just stalling hoping I will reinvest my money while I wait. It wouldnt be such a big deal if this was a one time occurrence but definitely not it happens nearly every time I attempt to withdrawals. The entire experience has been a huge headache; there are plenty of other casinos that offer a smooth process. I will not be playing at this casino again and I would definitely recommend avoiding this one unless you want the stress of problematic withdrawals or potentially not getting your money at all.
