• SCAM. Won 160€ with bonus (in a slot that was not restricted) withdrew the allowed 100€ (20€ times 5) but still cancelled the withdrawal because I played reactoonz with the remaining 60€ even though the withdrawal cancelled the bonus.

• I was a little worried about being able to withdraw my winnings from reading so many bad reviews. I put in $200 CAD with no bonus and was able to withdraw my winnings no problem. Withdrawal took 2 days (including verifying documents). Customer service was good.

• No problem with this casino have withdrawn 3 times and every time it goes within 72h. They asked for verification for the first one and it was very easy to upload the 3 documents required. No further verification needed after that. Could probably add a few more games for my likings but overall a good casino.

Stay away from this scam casino!Edit. I’ve won 2600$ and I ask for withdraw of 900$ When I see that my withdrawal statut doesn’t change I’ve talk to representative who told me that my withdraw will be done in maximum of 48hrs. So after the delay of 48hrs I still have nothing. I reach again the representative who this time film me that I’m supposed to have a email from the financial department who told me that my withdraw are rejected because I’ve play a game that is not permitted to. Got a bad experience with them

• Got a bad experience with them. I deleted all active bonus from my account and was only playing with raw money. When withdrawing the benefits they told me that I played on some forbidden machines. Ok I understand that these machines are forbidden and thats great because I never played on a single one during my bonus. But when I disabled my bonus they found any excuse to take all my profits no matter what.Nothing in their T&C is telling that these machines are still forbidden when we play in raw money.
