- Awful website! I did manage to withdraw funds which took forever to get account authentication. After tho I deposited money via interact e-transfer 6 days went by and I never got any funds in my account nor were the funds returned to my bank account. Customer service was atrocious trying to sort it out. Still have never received funds in my gaming account or my bank. STAY AWAY

- It is a very bad casino scam people. you can play but forget to take out. They keep your money until your tired and have to cancel to play them again. I learn it hard way. - SCAM. Won 160€ with bonus (in a slot that was not restricted) withdrew the allowed 100€ (20€ times 5) but still cancelled the withdrawal because I played reactoonz with the remaining 60€ even though the withdrawal cancelled the bonus.

They stole my winnings
- euro. My cashout is still processing. I have managed to win some more money from the cashback they put into my casino account. So from 340 euro I have now 1230 euros. I am playing a slot and my balance all of a sudden shows 70 euros and not the balance of 1230 euro. I check my account profile and my withdrawal has been cancelled and the money has not been put back into my playing account. I go on chat and they say the withdrawal money and my balance has been confiscated by the casino for breach of bonus funds. A absolute scam because I got no bonus as I started all of this with 39 cents of my real money. My account has now been blocked. I needed this money as 1 of my sons needs a life saving operation and now he will not survive. I played and won fairly and they have scammed me completely.

- After winning little bit over 1k€ they dont accept withdrawal and all documents have accepted 2 weeks ago. Sending emails to customer support but dont even get replied. Stay away from this scam casino!Edit. When I contacted them for the tenth time and said I would file a complaint with the license holder they voided my winnings and claimed that I had played with bonus money that I actually did not have.
