Canceled Withdrawal without any reason.

• HelloI made a deposit at Viggoslots on 12.04.2025 at around 02:55 (time zone in Germany (GMT+2)).I used the 500% bonus and deposited €10. I was lucky won and was therefore able to successfully wager the bonus.When wagering I made sure to adhere to all bonus rules. I saved the prohibited games with a screenshot checked whether a game was permitted before opening it and did not exceed the maximum stake of €4.00.I regularly checked the progress of the wagering and finally the entire balance was wagered at around 04:00 (time zone in Germany (GMT+2)) and transferred to the real money account.I then transferred €650 to the payout. This payout was initiated on 12.04.2025 at 04:10 am. Based on UTC time the withdrawal was requested at 02:10 UTC. My payout was then rejected on 17.04.2025 at 16:17 UTC.Upon request I was informed that I had violated the maximum stake of €4.00 with an active bonus balance.This is not true and can also be confirmed by the history of bets on the casino site. So I kindly asked them to check again and let me know when I was supposed to have breached the guidelines/conditions. The reply was as follows: Please note that you placed a bet of €50.00 on 12/04/2025 at 02:21:49 UTC. The relevant department has refunded your deposit of €10.At the time stated by Viggoslots 12.04.2025 02:21:49 UTC the entire bonus had already been wagered the balance had been transferred to real money and the withdrawal had already been requested. There was no active bonus and with the remaining balance that I did not have in the payout I bought free spins (among other things the €50.00 mentioned above was a free spin purchase).These were not bonus credits and therefore I could not and did not violate the bonus conditions.I informed Viggoslots of this again and kindly asked them to check and pay out the €650 (on 22.04.2025).Since then there has been no reply no payout and therefore I unfortunately have to go down this path of complaint which I actually wanted to avoid. However after taking a closer look at the bonus guidelines checking the game history and also after the explanation by Viggoslots I see myself in the right and hope that I can be helped here.
