- So at first I really enjoyed playing at vip slots cause they would send me free spins via email also they have freespin tournaments that you can win real money or bonus money by placing first to 25 place in. Last week I won first place for 100 dollar real money win. I read all the rules and realized before the tournament was over my account had to first be zeroed out from a prior freespin gimic that was emailed to me. Ok so I do that and when the time for the tournament came to an end I opened up the webpage to find it was still live. I went to live chat but was cut off before making my point with them. I log back in and they are offering another bonus cause I made my first deposit via Bitcoin earlier that day so theyre offering me a relay bonus of $8.80 some odd cents I declined it then the page froze and logged me out. I log back in again to find they loaded that bonus again adding that 8.84 to my account and low and behold the tournament had ended and they put my 100 dollar winnings on there as well. So now I had an 884.00 rollover requirement. Not acceptable in form. I messaged them and of course a supervisor wouldnt be there until 3am. I make the 2am call and after another 2 hours of arguing with they they remove that bonus. I go to withdrawal and whats on there now. A bonus from last year making it a 250 dollar roll over. At this point Im very much so mad. I call again and they just didnt understand I was not letting this go. My account was zeroed out prior to me winning so that bonus was no longer an effect in any way shape or form and it needed to be removed as well so they remove it I go to withdrawal to find out that its at a 48 hour hold on it for them to authorize it the 48 hours gets a goes over I go to message them to ask him cuz I still hadnt received it Im then told that theyre pay team is only there from 10:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in the 3rd instant payout ended at 3:00 okay so if everybodys at 48-hour hold on and then what is the instant payout option about that I was never told about and so long story short Im still waiting I still havent received anything from them so now I have to wait till Monday to receive the money that theyve tried to screw me out of at least five times. Never and I repeat never send these guys your money unless you want to just give it away. Im doubtful Ill ever get my money. I made one deposit of 15 dollars via Bitcoin so I would get paid via Bitcoincoin and not have to verify all the banking bs. they have plenty of other Bs on top of verification. I hate this place. Liers scammers

- This casino does payout but the verification process can be lengthy. Also please read the terms and conditions for the promotions as well as deposits. I was shocked that they charge a $40 ACH transfer fee and you have to do an ACH transfer on your first two withdrawals if you initially fund your account with a card. I won’t be gaming with them anymore because of that since there are plenty of other casinos to go with. My advice to anyone looking to play here is deposit using crypto and avoid using promos. Also please be very patient and respectful to their payouts/verification team. They will pay you.

- I played some free spins which in order to withdraw on no deposit bonuses or free spins a person has to make a deposit. I made a mistake & thought it was only $10. But made one for the minimum of $15. I did a live chat after that cuz I still couldnt do a w/d. THEIR OWN AGENT TOLD ME TO JUST MAKE A DEP FOR THE ADDITIONAL $10. Which I did. Well actually it was for $11. But that $11 has never been credited to my acct. So I did another live chat & even called. Was told they COULD NOT find the previous chat. That the $11 was below their min & I had to make another deposit for the $25 at one time not in 2 sep deposits. Also that I would have to request a refund with the wallet that I made the Bitcoin deposit through. That they dont receive deposits that are under the min. Therefore they never receive my money which is total bs & that I COULD NOT SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR. These people are suppose to be an online casino. I know damn well they got that money cuz it went to their wallet address. I WAS ALSO HUNG UP ON TWICE! These people are the rudest customer service agents Ive ever encountered. They are LIARS & THIEVES!!! I would not give these scammers & thieves ur money.
