- William hill or should I say 888 casino are the lowest of the low. There is no other online Casino as bad as William hill and Ive been around for the last 20 years placing bets and playing slots.Their RTP is amongst the lowest out there its hard to find lower and if you are playing slots they will block you mid game before you trigger any wins they literally ban you mid game and tell you that you need to take a break and you cant come back until such a time.Unbelievable how they are allowed to operate like this they want seriously investigating by the gambling commissions and closing down.Ive played slots for a very long time and understand how a lot of games work some for example money train require patience you could be playing for over 30 mins before any bonus chance comes along but if your playing here you will never ever get there. - I had issue with app and their customer service is awful. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone and you have to use webchat which is terrible. Account is locked I cannot withdraw my balance and close account. Spent 3 times at 30mins per time trying to sort on webchat. Terrible customer service as telephone call would have been better. I am now using ladbrokes and PaddyPower much better
