- William H continues to go down the pan they gave a free £2 sports bet I turned that into £20 winnings then I thought let’s prove WH are still the worst online slots site in the world 200 x 0.10p spins on big piggy bank largest win 35p zero bonus. - William hill Vegas is another site thats not working I have claimed 4 gold prizes in the game promoted by William hill and I have been playing through promoted links i had 4 gold prizes drop which I have claimed but not received I have contacted them to get it sorted out but they are not able to accept that they are not paying out the first chat said i have been paid but they gave me the wrong game and time I was kicked out of chat again I tried to receive any explanation sent screenshot of the game time and date they wanted screenshot of the claimed prizes impossible as there is no history of the prizes claimed i explained it and was told that they need a screen recording ended chat past on to another chat tried to send information already sent but it was not working I have had 8 plus chat replying to me exactly the same response in every chat so I gave up it was over 3 hours and nothing so I contact again the day after I sent information to chat its ended due to me not responding but Im just starting to reply straight away and seen but ended i have 6 more chat s same ppl on loop with exactly the same response words for word again unable to send information as the upload button is not responding but the end chat is never working again Im accused of ended chats refusing to send information itsvmy device version and the browser Internet anything but ive been claiming prizes for other games recive every other but not in the game static nightmares abysways I was also accused of being aggressive and refusing to send information but Id sent everything the day before and then the day after I was constantly contacting them so now Ive got a gambling addiction and I have to answer questions to check if I need help or a cool off and then the supervisor manger comes on chat asking again for information says ive refused several times not sent anything to confirm that I have claimed the money and I am told I have been sent to the customer care team and they will investigate it and the she offers some free spins 10 I think Ive just claimed 4 gold prizes which are £15 to £70 plus its gold prizes which are not 10 spins £1 total played a good bit on the game and its a good will gesture its a bit rude so then she offers a £10 bonus and it was a good will gesture its not going to be offered again and I basically should be grateful to then be told to wait a few moments to have chat ended and restarted with a question over gambling and account restrictions and still not able to get any resolution just messaged to confirm i am not having any issues with my games play and gambling issues nothing about the issues Im constantly complained about which multiple people have passed on to the tech team.

An Infuriating Carefully Orchestrated Scam
- I opened an account to put a bet on a political party leadership election and won. I didnt withdraw my winnings thinking I might have a few more similar bets sometime in the future.Many months later I checked my account I was able to log in easily and my balance was still the same.A few months later I wanted to place another bet and spent 2 hours going round in circles trying to access my account but failed to do so. I spent 2 more hours on an idiotic chat and learned that my account had been closed months before the last time I had logged in to check my balance. I hadnt been notified of this and there was no indication on my account.There then followed a dreadful 6 months wrangle via email to get the balance of my account repaid to my bank. William Hills staff put endless delays and obstacles in my way asking that I prove who I was with selfies. attached to emails of my face with me holding current utility bills and complete bank statements and eventually my bank statement showing the debit of my initial payment into my account with them. In this process they continually rejected the images I as being of too poor quality (what did they expect from attachments to emails?!) and no other conduit eg Whatsapp (excellent quality) was offered.No telephone contact was available no escalation process was available No copy of their complaints procedure or their chief executives contact details were provided despite a request in very email I sent them.I believe this whole pantomime was a carefully orchestrated routine to deprive a winning punter of not only his winnings and his stake but his unused opening balance as well.

Unbelievably bad company
- Unbelievably bad company. I was locked out of my account through no fault of my own (it was hacked). The same happened with another company. The other company resolved everything quickly. WH just tell you to contact customer services on line and then when you explain the problem they ask you to wait for an advisor but in reality they just close down the communication even when I asked them to tell me if they couldn’t help they did the same thing. There are so many other bookmakers available don’t use WH they are awful.

- I have been a customer for many years with WH. All I wanted to do was add a new card as mine was expired. I sent them proof of my ID with my driving licence and a council tax bill. This was rejected with them saying my driving licence was not proof ???. It’s been very frustrating for me like I said I have been a customer for many years. I won’t be returning because I don’t want the stress it anymore.

- Signed up for the promotion wagered the required amount. Wasnt credited the free spins as promised they wanted a copy of a bank statement and me holding a photo Id just to receive the promotion. Happy to send picture of photo id but not of my bank statement as it contains the names of my relatives and partner who i transfer money too.
