- Misleading bonus and terrible customer supportWhen I signed up to William Hill I opted in for the free bet offer but later they acted as if I never did. That’s completely misleading and unacceptable. Something I clearly selected during registration was suddenly “not on the system”.What makes it worse is that they asked for verification only after I had already used the account. They want ID bank statement and even a selfie holding the documents 😂 This verification process is unnecessarily complicated and ridiculous. If verification is required it should be done at the start not after customers have already placed bets.Customer support was another huge disappointment. Instead of answering my actual questions they kept sending copy-paste generic responses that had nothing to do with what I was asking. It felt like talking to a bot not real support.After this experience I’ve completely lost trust in William Hill. With much better and more transparent alternatives available I would not recommend using this bookmaker.
