The platform keeps saying there is a ālocal wallet issueā and continues extending the processing time without providing any clear explanation or exact timeline.Customer service does not reply on time and when they do they give the same repeated message. They also refuse to provide contact details of the cash agent and do not offer any real solution.One of my withdrawal requests was even rejected without a proper reason. This has caused me serious stress and financial inconvenience.A legitimate platform should not take 19 days to process a simple withdrawal.
