  • I experienced an issue where I won Ā£2400 but did not receive the money for over 4 months. I then requested my withdrawal to be cancelled and the funds returned to my account. I then made a withdrawal of Ā£200 and I received it the following week! Made another Ā£200 withdrawal and again a week later I received it!!
