- I had Been waiting for my withdrawal of Ā£1000 since 5th June. 4 months. So last week I cancelled it and withdrew Ā£250 which went into my bank account today. So Iāve made another withdrawal for Ā£250 and so on. Not ideal but they do process smaller amounts. Happy Iām finally getting my winnings š

- Terrible customer service. The worst Ive encountered on a casino site. They dont respond to emails. If youre lucky the same person responds to chat on consecutive days but sometimes doesnt respond to your query. He ignores your question. I think he must be the only person that works there.

You wait 90 days then you receive an email that states that the accounts team have identified a security problem with your withdrawal then your winnings are returned into your account. I do not know anyone who has actually been paid. I no doubt this site is not on its own and is one of many I know I will never receive my winnings I just hope others read this before setting up an account.I knew this was too good to be true. Iāve learnt my lesson and wonāt be betting online again.
