Misleading terms and conditions all over

• This site has crazy limitations on all promotions hidden behind terms and conditions. The worse one however is regarding time. Sport bonus is valid for 30 days. However they have another term that you cant wager any money in the last 2 days which essentially makes the bonus valid for 28 days!.I have 400 in my balance tight now but I cant wager them on the 29th day and when another day goes by they will simply seize the balance. Do not use this site they will use all kind of tricks to void winnings.

• All been good this far exept forthe last weeks. Read the terms before start playing here. For example the wagering of your deposit is 5x what I think i waaay to high. Today I was going to withdraw my cashback and saw that there was a fee of 10%. Well the funny thing is that when my cashback arrived at my account my total balance was 000€. So I contacted the support team and my loyalty manager to ask why there is a fee on my withdraw but I have not deposited anything. Well here is the tricky thing. Since I had not wagered my last deposits but still lost every cent the system wants me to wager money I do not have. Asked if I could get my cashback back but that did not go well. All would have been good if they only had payed me the cashback back to me so I could make a withdraw without any fees. For example a 50% deposit bonus up to 500€ and the max withdraw is 1000€?? Another thing is that the demoplay in slots have way better RTP than realmoney play. For example reactoonz has 96% in demoplay and 91.4 in real money play. So be careful when you test the games and then switch to real money.Would not recommend this site anymore

Later we saw that the winnings are capped also so new players have to play with 2400€ with a maximum winnings of 200€. They will take everything else. Full nonsense.
