- The worst casino there is. I have lost thousands of pounds here. THOUSANDS!!! And yesterday I received a £20 cash back bonus from hundreds I lost on 11th. And suddenly there is a technical issue? And then when I went on their live chat and asked to sort my issue out. They said it can take 1-25 business days to sort £20 bonus?!?!? Dude. I lost 6.5k in 15 minutes in this garbage casino. Instead of sorting my issue they started asking me “Do I have gambling issues?!?” Mate. I am richer then your whole family tree combined. Dude biggest thieves in industry. The worst casino there is. - Absolute joke was due £410 to go into my account but only £210 went in at 9 in morning. I notified them I was missing another £200 and was told it was sent in four £50 payouts and the delay was my bank to blame. I knew that was nonsense my bank never withhold any payme ts sent to me but I checked with them to verify this they told me had they payment been processed correctly it would be in my account like the £210 I told winomania this and they replied it had been sent so bank told me to get reference number and since asking for that my replies have stopped. This has taken up all day so now being after mid night Ive checked bank again and still no £200. Absolute joke of a casino xxxupdatexxxx money still not in my bank but a refund only sent dinner time ast night from just eat has went in. Asked winomania again this morning for reference number as bank required it there reply was they dont have one and Ive to wait 8 days before getting back to them. I think not!!!

- One of the worst casinos I’ve played with. The wagering requirements are ridiculous and no way to check your progress. I tried many of the games and only hit 2 bonuses which paid next to nothing. I’m aware it’s mainly down to luck and such with slots but it gets a bit suspicious when every single one is bad and never gives even a small win. The game variety isn’t great either. - Loyalty system is terrible. verification takes a long time and had to do it multiple times for the same documents. withdrawal time would be considered slow. promotions are absolutely terrible. absurd wagers with extremely small caps on cash-out. equivalent to 4x your deposit.They use the lowest possible return to player percentage possible on their games. confirmed by hacksaw when asking what is the lowest rtp version they do on their games and it is 92%.i had to upload bank statement 3 times when opening account when making a deposit and then when making a withdrawal.

- Very misleading welcome bonus when I asked on chat for clarification I was further confused with tonnes of copy and pasted terms full of jargon. Then told I may have a gambling problem depiste getting so fed up that i tried to withdraw my deposit without gambling it at all then i had to jump thru loads more hurddles. - Generally quite good historically very quick withdrawal timeframes I would say 9/10 Ive had the money paid within 3-4 hours. Pretty good selection of games. There are bonuses but I dont really understand how to use them so have not bothered. This most recent few withdrawals have took a bit longer still within the timeframes at the moment in their terms and conditions not sure if its changed recently but I use to be paid out on weekends even that doesnt seem to be a thing anymore. But kind of grew accustomed to the next quick turn around from previous withdrawals made me think that was the norm.
