• Love this site at the moment. Having regular wins. The site isnt laggy either and doesnt kick you out of games. I like it.

Absolute cowboys

• Absolute cowboys. Dont try and withdraw any winnings from these guys theyll make you jump through fire and more asking for impossible documents while locking your account so you cant even get on to upload them. They ignore emails for weeks and if you dare to threaten to report them to the Gambling Commission you might be lucky enough to have your deposit returned minus your winnings and your account permanently closed. Avoid like the plague.

• Took well over 2 weeks to get my account unlocked and access my money. Provided every ID document they asked for but they replied wanting more and more despite new guidelines saying this should be done before they allow you to make deposit not when trying withdraw. Got my money eventually but wont be using them again.

Dishonest - Avoid

• Dishonest...should have their license taken off them. Breaking UK Gambling Commission laws by blocking peoples accounts and refusing to refund deposit money. Asking for KYC documents when people try to withdraw instead of at the point of deposit asking for all kinds of extra information e.g. selfies with a hand written piece of paper and a date complete nonsense.

• Just like all the other reviews absolutely terrible. Account locked for more than two weeks rude operators. In their T & C they require you to upload all the docs but your account is locked and sending important docs through email is not safe. They are also ignoring emails and if you go live chat they have impossible KYC requests especially if you live in the UK. I have reported them to the UK Gambling Commission as they are now breaking the law.

STAY AWAY 1 star is to generous!

• If I could go Lower than one I would! Absolute joke of a company! Delay after delay after delay! Won £400 and three weeks later still waiting for my funds no communication at all accept an email requesting again proof documents no explanation of which ones have not gone through or any reasoning as to why! You then spend time on chat and they tell you “one document has failed resend this one” so you resend it and you receive another email requesting documents over and over again! It’s a complete joke stay away from them. I’m now contacting gambling commission and starting complaints procedure and small claims order! They still have not responded to those either!

• Absolutely disgusting a company is allowed to set up and operate like this in the UK I’m fuming after being spoken to by Granita one of their live chat assistants who told me “she had already explained to me 874366 times that my selfie ID photo wasn’t in date” which it was!!! I think it tells you everything you need to know when a company allows little jobsworths like this to work for them it’s a disgrace! Wishmaker should be taken down immediately because what they’re doing sets a dangerous precedent for other casinos to do the same thing. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THESE CON ARTISTS

• When I deposit on a casino site the attitude I use is... Right im going to throw some money away but I will have fun for doing it. 1 Star is too kind of a rating

• 1 Star is too kind of a rating for these con-artists. Like a few of the other reviews they have blocked my account and kept my £50 and my £20 winnings pending verification. I have now sent in documents 5 TIMES each time they confirm what I have sent in is correct each time they tell me after a few days that its incorrect. If youre thinking of signing up dont. If you make any money your account will be blocked and will be asked to follow ridiculous verification process that they make up as they go.

• I can honestly say Ive never come across such poor customer service than I have with this casino. Deposited £50 and accepted the their welcome offer. Played through the offer per the terms and conditions went to withdraw and they blocked my account. They have since made completely unreasonable demands for ID documents which I have now sent 3 times. Please avoid this casino and do not get drawn into their attractive welcome offer. Theyre nothing but a bunch of cowboys which withhold customers funds in order to earn interest on them. In addition to this I have a number of concerns about the level of documentation they request people provide to unlock their accounts. Live Chat is just there to keep you at bay while they try to keep your money. Keeping on with excuses and asking me to re-send in my documents for verification. • Stay away from this awful excuse for a company!As with many others I have had nothing but trouble with my account being locked without notice after 2-3 days (losing 200 free spins of the bonus) and was emailed advising me to login (how can I when its locked DOH!) and provide verification docs. I jumped through the hoops for a couple of weeks with nothing but rejections of my docs that had been accepted by all other casinos. Eventually made some threats on live chat and my £50 deposit appeared back in my bank. • The worst online casino I have ever experienced. I joined and deposited £50 and the following day they LOCKED my ACCOUNT pending verification. I sent docs by email and via chat. 11 days later my account is still locked and they say this is normal period for verification. I told them to close my account and refund my £50 and they say I will not get my money returned until the account is verified. NO online casino should treat you this way AVOID.
