• I made a complaint to Wisho over two months ago on june and the only answer I have got to this day is that they are still investigating and can not say how long does it still take. I cant believe that there is not anykind of timeframe to give a customer how long handling complaints can take. Especially when the case isnt that complex. So I dont know how long do I still havety wait a month or six a year? Anycase hope no one else wont face any problems with Wisho because the complaints handling can take a very long time.
